One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Everything in really good condition. AC works great! Location is about 10-15 min from beaches and restaurants in American village.

Parking available at property, sheltered. walking distance to American village. A simple and cosy apartment with fridge, stove, washer if you ever need it.
The bed was creaky. pillows too thin.

Room had everything necessary.
Had everything. Many things didn’t work quite right. Air conditioner blew warm air. Fridge wasn’t cold and leaked water. Property management style was very impersonal. Overall I would not suggest staying in Chatan.
