It is a great location right next to the beach and American Village. Tons of food options nearby. I had a massive room which included a little kitchen section which was useful as well as 2 balcony’s since I was situated at the end.
During evening times and early mornings it can get pretty noisy with loud cars/bikes and some Army planes flying around which was cool to see just very noisy. The room was a bit outdated but it didn’t effect the stay.

The location is excellent. It is very convenient to walk to both the beach and the lively main street, and there are also plenty of laundry facilities available.
Parking spaces are limited, so there may not always be an available spot.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and did a wonderful service with making my stay as comfortable as possible. The view of the ocean and of AV was great!
The building itself isn’t sound proof so you may come across loud neighboring guests but the staff did well is handling noisy guests. The parking on site is typically full. Though the staff did great with providing information on extra parking locations, I think it did take a little bit of the convenience away because I was hoping to have easy and convenient access to my rental from my hotel. Also, the mattress is not very easy to sleep on.
