Nestled in Warehouse District, this charming house for $330 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: Experience New Orleans in this fully renovated two story townhouse just minutes from the French Quarter, Superdome, and Garden District. The townhouse has an open layout concept, 70 inch 4K HD TV, plenty of seating for large groups, and a balcony. The space is filled with murals and paintings done by New Orleans based artists. You'll have access to our sister property's pool, hot tub, and grill area which is directly behind the house. 22-CSTR-05299; 21-OSTR-20529 The Space: All five bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, plush and firm pillows, full length mirrors, reading lights, hangers, and many, many power outlets. The spa-like bathrooms all have showers with strong pressure and are stocked with salon quality hair dryers, luxury soaps, and shampoo & conditioner. There are multiple ironing boards and irons and a brand new Samsung Washer and Dryer with multi-steam technology. The Kitchen has a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice making, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. It's fully stocked with cookware and dishware, perfect for both cooking a meal or serving a delivered one. A variety of local coffees and condiments are provided. The Neighborhood: The space is centrally located between the French Quarter/Downtown and the Garden District. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a one minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar (which you can take to the French Quarter/ Bourbon Street). Getting Around: There is free on-street parking in front of the house and you’re allowed to park overnight. Driving & Walking Times: Downtown/Warehouse District: 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk French Quarter: 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk Garden District: 5 minute drive or 18 minute walk Superdome: 3 min drive or 15 min walk Other Things to Note: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipt with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. This house is beautiful. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for the bachelorette party. There is a shared pool area in the back. Everyone loved the uniqueness of this house! We would stay here again!

This location was excellent all around. I hosted a poetry retreat for four days with a total of 10 people and the house fit us quite comfortably. Communication with the property owners was always timely and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the outside/pool area is incredible. Less than a 10 minute drive from the French Quarter and other attractions. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a duplex that has been completely renovated and turned into an oasis. Plenty of social spaces inside and out, large bedrooms with high ceilings, a well appointed kitchen, large TV etc. Perfect for our 60th birthday party with family and friends. Outside are grills and a hot tub and you can wander over to their sister property with a great pool and cabana with large TV that you can watch poolside. Exactly what we were looking for!

Property owner was extremely responsive and townhouse itself was updated and clean. However, the property owner failed to disclose the construction on the one way road on which the townhouse is located, which was a problem particularly in light of the bad weather we experienced during our stay. The road flooded, creating a mud pit (for lack of a better description) on the street due to the construction dust and dirt, which caused Ubers to not want to come down the street for fear of getting stuck. Several times during our stay we had to trudge through the mud pit and water - which was up to our ankles - in the pouring rain to catch our Ubers on the corner of the cross street. This was less than ideal, especially at night as we did not feel (and were actually told by several of our Uber drivers) that we were not in the safest of neighborhoods. Given that we were a party of ten young women, the fact that this construction wasn’t disclosed by the property owner or VrBo, is simply not acceptable.

We stayed at this house with a group of 10 to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It is such a cool property - the wall murals and furnishings create a fun and festive atmosphere. Perfect for a celebration! Communication with the property manager was excellent and he was very helpful to us. It was close to downtown and very reasonable to Uber. Highly recommend this property!

Clean. Comfortable. Great backyard patio space and pool. Just open back door and steps to the pool. Plenty of towels. Responsive with any needs. Very comfortable beds. great decor. Had a few games. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Location was very convenient to everything. Nearby homeless population under the overpass. Wasn’t bothersome at all. But not conducive to walking around in the evening if you have any small children. Close by to magazine st. St Charles. French quarter and bourbon st though. Street parking first come first serve.

We had a group of 10 friends for 4 nights. We enjoyed New Orleans plenty, but also spent a lot of time at the house because it was so comfortable to be in. The backyard area was great to hang out as well. Everything was super clean. The owner, Sam, was extremely accommodating and communicated very quickly on any questions we had. Thank You for making our trip so great!!
