Home was big, 3 levels. Big game room downstairs
Only 15 or so mins away from market/town. Rooms were quaint. If you are looking for a a place with a view this is it. Somewhat stocked with pots and pans.
Only TV is in living room.

This house has a breathtaking view of the lake. Watching the sunrise was incredible. All of the adult children had hours of fun playing pool, pingpong and fuss ball. The beds were very comfortable. It was a very memorable family get away

When we entered had an accident my mother fell off the stairs because the guard rail was broken and she hurt her knee and rib area. I got a picture and reported to management. Management office was so careless regarding few issues and request which never responded back or come to property to fix it. There were no hand soap or toilet paper as well.

The location of this property is incredible. The view of the lake did not disappoint. However, the house is not in great condition. The back deck seemed unsafe to walk on and the showers were old and hard to turn on and off. I didn't expect the home to be fully furnished but some paper towels and spray cleaner would have nice, especially since we were expected to clean up our messes.

Couple of minor problems the kitchen sink had a leak. They had a pan underneath it to collect water should’ve been fixed before anybody arrived and the master bedroom heading into the master bath. The carpeting was wet. Other than that, our family had a wonderful stay.

The house has a great view. However it was not very clean and really just needs a lot of work. Blinds are missing, one of the bedrooms had a stain on the sheets, under the bed was trash a brush that wasn’t ours and they really should check the drawers. I found condoms in one thank god they weren’t used. The deck is sketchy and I would have loved to sit out there to enjoy the view but no thanks. Also if you poop in the downstairs bathroom the smell rises to the top floor through the vents. Pretty sure the electrical is not up to code in the house either. Would never stay here again.

For the price expected much better condition of property. Reached out to management company beforehand to ask that all prior concerns shared on reviews be addressed. They were not.
Great floor plan with wonderful views yet lots the be said regarding maintenance. All blinds are broken. Most towels look like torn rags, oven and trash compactor were filthy, and no tools to clear ice on driveway for parking. Windows has to be cleaned in order to enjoy the view.
Suggest not paying full amount until inspecting the property. With some TLC the property has so much potential for it has a lot to offer

First the good stuff. The location is great. Has a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake from the main room, and the master bedroom. The main room looks very nice, furniture, light fixtures. And the price is very competitive for the square footage and the view.
Now for the rest. This property uses a management company, so responses are delayed by about a day, and only during their business hours. Not what you usually get with a vacation rental. We asked about checking in early, but were told the cleaning lady needed the full six hours between the last guest and us to get the place ready. Fine, but when we arrived we found wet towels in the washer, and the dryer, and while searching for toilet paper, a used kleenex under the sink. Also, some of the baking dishes my daughter used were very dirty. Not so fine.
I mentioned looking for toilet paper, because despite three bathrooms there were only two extra rolls in the entire house. Barely enough to last our stay. Also, there were no napkins, or paper towels.
I mentioned baking. The oven required electricity due to the controls, but when we attempted to turn it on, it didn't work. Pulled it out, and found out it was plugged into a dead outlet, nice.
The place lists a number of games in the lower room, and they are all there, but... The ping pong net is missing both clamps to keep it up. The dart board has no darts. The fooseball table has two handles that have come off, and another one almost coming off. They just require a philips screwdrive to re-attach.
Back to the bathroom, the master has a sliding door that separates the shower and toilet from the sinks. It was off the track, and the floor was not level that is slides across, so I was unable to pull it out and re-attach. And the fan in the bathroom did not work. Also, they have small trash cans by the toilet, but the cans had no liners. If you're from Southern California you know what that means.
We wanted to use the fireplace during our stay, and it was raining much of the time, but no one had brought up more firewood from the backyard, so we had to buy some. We also had to buy a lighter and fire starter, as none of that was available on the property.
And last but not least, we woke up after our first night to find massive leaks around the windows facing the lake. The leaks were there long enough to cause a hairline crack in the game room ceiling, where water also pooled.

This is a great home and location. Views were beautiful! Beds were super comfortable. Some of the amenities needed upgrading and replaced. Overall I would recommend.

The blinds need to be replaced with curtains. All the blinds had missing blinds which brought in the sunlight very strong in the am.
However, we loved this property. We had many great times playing pool. Loved the 2 stories which created a lot of privacy. The view of the lake was exceptionsl. We will be back.

The kitchen is not user friendly, trash compactor is disgusting, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, dishwasher is broken(bent interior and seals broken), knob on stove broke and interior grill does not work. Outdoor decks need some TLC, our family did not feel comfortable being out there at the same time, and would not use the outdoor grill either (needs cleaning). Downstairs gaming area needs some TLC also, dart board is missing all darts, card table is unsteady, only 3 pool sticks and poorly lit. I would suggest a tv down there also. The “exercise room” is a joke. House rule book states do not go up to loft area, another area wouldn’t feel safe anyway, cobwebs throughout the house. Also blinds missing many slates and most of them do not work anyway. We definitely over paid for this stay… a lot. VRBO and the management company handling this property should really do some homework on this one.

Majestic property
Second bath sink cold water was off and to wash up we had to bend over to use the bath faucet.
Both sinks at master bath would not drain. Big yellow stain at comforter downstairs bed. We sat at the swing on upstairs patio and it fell with us on it.
Tried calling evolve but phones too busy to answer us.

Very, very, disappointing
So my husband and decided to treat our kids and grandchildren to a weekend getaway. When we arrived we noticed one of the bar stools was broken, and the house was extremely hot and the TV was not working. I called the management company and they said somebody would call us right back and no answer. I called the next day and complained and they said the owners would reach out to us and still no answer. We found a mouse in the kitchen and the barbecue was absolutely disgusting so that blew the plans for our dinner. There were so many missing vertical blinds that increase the heat inside. Unfortunately we will not be back to this cabin. The pictures on the website are very deceiving

House was in much need of repair: unsafe deck railing, filthy patio furniture cushions, unclean barbeque, trash strewn all over outside property, blinds fell off when opened, no cold water in master bath shower, missing stove knob, missing coffee carafe. No response from owners when asked to assist with TV - never were able to get it on; faulty smoke alarm causing us to leave 3 days early as no help was provided to shut it down from beeping.
