Situated in Edwards, this lovely bed and breakfast for $332 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Sleeps 6 Newly constructed, clean modern design. Mountain and valley views of golf course and Eagle River. 20 minutes to Vail, Beaver Creek is 15 minutes away. Open-concept second floor living area with huge deck for sunny breakfasts with great views. Fireplace and sofa on 2nd floor, plus 1/2 bath. Flat screen tv with Direct TV. Full kitchen with new stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. 2 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom provides privacy and cozy restful nights. One king room and one queen room. Amenities include: gas grill, full-size washer/dryer, plenty of parking space, 35 acres to wander with your dog. Wildlife regularly in the yard. AT&T and Sprint phones/data plans work well, but not Verizon nor T-Mobile. No landline phone provided. Free good wifi.

This was our 2nd stay at this property, we had a great experience the first time so it was an easy decision to stay here again. Communication, location, and views are all top notch! It had everything that we needed, I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a beautiful quiet place outside of town.

What an amazing view!
A little drive from BC, but that's why the view is so great. 4WD is must. Garage was available for use, but unfortunately for us it doesn't fit full size trucks/SUV's - you need a mid size vehicle if you want to be able to park indoors.
Kitchen has everything you could need. We used it a lot for dinners, as driving the mountains at night is not my thing. Gas fireplace is beautiful and heats up the living room nicely.
Sleeps 3 perfectly. Both bedrooms are small, but they are both in suite and downstairs. Dining table can seat 4 and is between kitchen and living room upstairs. All of upstairs enjoys the magnificant views.
Very new/ modern home, and has an interesting electronic door lock for home entry.
Highly recommend for a couple looking for a secluded stay in the mountains!!

Our family of 4 had a nice relaxing week. The house location was peaceful and close enough to all summer activities. It is a great property as we saw elk, deer, and chipmunks right out our door every day. We plan to make this our new summer location every year! Thankyou!

Wonderful stay. Views were spectacular. The home is clean, comfortable and well appointed with tasteful decor. The deck is great. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked to ge a generous size. Would definitely return.

This Guesthouse is perfect for a mountain vacation or a short mountain getaway. The Guesthouse has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up something quick or if you want to use your gourmet cooking skills on vacation. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and nice linens. But most of all the views are just incredible! When you’re inside you look out onto the most beautiful Colorado Mountains views! Also off the large wonderful deck the views are magnificent! The deck also has a hot tub for relaxation. This guest house is placed in such a way that you have ample privacy. It has it’s own drive to enter , which is off the main driveway. The owners home is up the main driveway just a bit and they are incredibly nice hosts. You feel comfortable contacting them if you have any questions or needs.

Gorgeous mountain getaway!
We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back! The house is lovely and the view is outstanding. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and super responsive. Only compliant would be that the king mattress is VERY firm. Otherwise it was perfect.

This was a wonderful mountain getaway off the beaten path. We stayed here while skiing at Beaver Creek. The house was as expected and very clean. It snowed the night before we left and Stefan plowed and shoveled for us right up to our car! Wonderful hosts!

Amazing Views and Owners!!!
This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best vacation possible! We got a lot of snow while there and they kept the drive plowed and clean and even gave us a ride when the roads were really bad. Our safety and happiness were their main priorities and because of them we had the best vacation ever! The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s way more beautiful in person especially the views in the winter. The hot tub was nice to recover in after skiing. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with anything you’d need. Even the kids raved about how much they loved the place. I could go on and on about this place and the owners (Stef and Laura) all day but I won’t, just stay here and you’ll love it! Last thing regarding cell service, we have AT&T and had perfect service while there.

This is our second visit here, the house is in a beautiful location, wonderfully kept and now has a hot tub to enjoy after a long day of hiking, great spot to view the stars.

A treasure
This house, nestled in the mountains near Edwards, is incredible. Our family of four (plus two little doggies) were extremely comfortable. The house is an absolute 10, and we enjoyed lingering in the hot tub, gazing at the stars. Extremely well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were amazing, and even left a few local brews in the fridge. We will definitely look to book again soon!

Hidden gem in the area!
If you like hearing your condo or hotel neighbors up and down the halls or hearing them above or below you, then this rental isn't for you. However, if you like peace and quiet, great views, wildlife, easy access to the interstate then this rental is for you!
The house is incredible and lacks nothing. Well, maybe me staying there more:) The ad describes everything about the house, property, location, cell service, etc...perfectly. There were no surprises or issues. Owners are great and communicate/respond very timely.
If you pass on this rental just remember the above when you hear all that noise.

Spectacular Views
This is a beautiful property with a 330 degree view. We woke up each morning to deer feeding within a few yards of the house. The owners are close by but allow you complete privacy. They provide many amenities that most vacation rentals do not such as shampoo and soap, almost anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and plenty of paper products. I’ve been renting vacation homes for fifteen years and this one ranks at the top of the line. Thank you Laura and Stef for sharing your beautiful home with us for a short time.

Beautiful place, but needs to have internet!
Very beautiful home! However, my husband needed internet to work from home and that was not available. Causing us to leave early after driving to Starbucks, which cause our trip to not be the family adventure we had planned. The home had everything else, directv, spices, condiments, and beautiful modern updates.

This new construction 2 bedroom offered privacy and comfort and is situated in the hills above Wolcott. Beautiful large windows and nicely decorated. Clean!
My boyfriend and I spent 6 nights here with our dogs. Perfectly laid out with an attached raised deck that was our favorite spot. Many hours spent on the deck enjoying the vast sky and view.
Laura and Stefan were perfect hosts. They live next door. They checked in with us but gave us any privacy that we required. They are available for anything you need.
Road leading up to house is a well- maintained dirt road. Fun to drive or go for a long walk with the dogs. Easy access to Eagle, Vail, Beaver Creek and a great location to head out and explore Carbondale or Aspen. This is a top notch property!!

Fantastic views and quiet isolation
We needed a nice quiet getaway for the long weekend with our dog, and this place surpassed all of our expectations.
10 minutes from the interstate but almost a world away surrounded by trees filled with singing birds and wildlife like deer wandering past from the spacious deck.
The house is/seemed almost brand new.
The house is nicely appointed with everything you could ever need, including a hammock under the deck.
City Market is 20 minutes away in Eagle for easy groceries.
Kitchen has every appliance and pot and pan you could need.
So dog friendly there are dog bowls already in the house.
Large grill on the deck was used every night.
If you are a slave to your phone, might note that we could make cell calls but no data worked. That was fine, turned the phones off and relaxed!
At night STARS STARS STARS!
We plan on staying here again.
Owners were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive.
