Spring skiing– we had a great time skiing in Beavercreek. The location and accommodations excellent And exactly as listed. We had plenty a room and everything we needed for a great vacation

This is a great spot in a great location. Condo was very clean and had all we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and had space for a family to cook all dinner meals in. We will be staying here again for sure. Thanks Lewis

We really enjoyed the space of the Edward's property. Parking was easy, walk-able distance to town, and cozy, updated condo.

The property was exactly as described in the photos. The condo had everything that we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. The location is a very short drive to the Arrowhead Village at Beaver Creek and could provide fast and easy access to the nearest lift when the mountain is entirely open. The unit's setting on the river in beautiful. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. It was especially nice having the shops at Edwards RiverWalk within walking distance. We stayed during a snowstorm so it was such a relief to be able to walk across the parking lot to get groceries instead of worrying about driving out to get food. If given the opportunity, we would stay here again in the future without any hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lewis and Michelle were very helpful and their place was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook dinners each night after 4 full days of skiing. We would come back again in a heartbeat!!

We stayed for a week in Feb 2020. The home was nothing but great. Everything you could think of from bedding to pots and pens, TV, internet, fire place, balcony, garage downstairs (no digging the car out of snow!). The pictures don’t do the justice! The home is tastefully decorated, uncluttered . Layout is wonderful so convenient for families with kids or group of friends. So convenient to the ski resorts, next to the shopping and groceries. Great great great. We will be looking to come back. Thank you

This was our second stay at the "Happy Place" and we loved it again. The recent remodel has made the kitchen and dining area more open and navigable for enjoying meals together. The location is great for getting to and from skiing at Beaver Creek. We also took advantage of the very short and easy walk to shopping in the center that is next to the condo complex during our most recent stay. The owners are attentive and were quick to respond to questions. We look forward to staying again during future ski trips!

We stayed in this little gem over the New Years holiday. This place was great. 10 minute drive to beaver creek, shops, full grocery store and many restaurants walking distance. Right next to the river. Heated garage with reserved parking spot with elevator opening up right in front of the door to the 3rd (top) floor condo. Emmaculate inside with tons of games, books, and all kinds of dvds. Everything you’d ever need in a kitchen including many condiments, cleaning supplies, napkins, cups, baggies, keurig coffee maker with cups provided. We made beef tenderloin for NYE and there was even a meat thermometer and a leaf for the dining table and extra folding chairs in the closet. One of my favorite VRBO rentals and we have rented a lot!

We totally enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo's location close to skiing and the amenities, the indoor parking, and the elevator added convenience. The layout, decor, and all the creature comforts, including the comfortable beds, the washer/dryer, and the gas fireplace, made evenings so comfortable. Our whole experience exceeded our expectations. The sign on the wall "Happy Place" should be upgraded to "Glorious Place." I was reluctant to post this review, hoping to keep this gem a secret, as we plan to rent again next year! Thank you for sharing this jewel.

We had a bumpy start to our stay but ended up loving this space. Upon arrival, in the evening, the condo had not been serviced (unit not cleaned from previous visitors) so I called Lewis, the owners, right away with the phone number he had provided but had to leave a voice mail. So I then called the 24/7 VRBO service phone number and was able to speak with a live person. She was able to connect me with Lewis right away and he was very apologetic about the situation. He was able to get the cleaning crew in while we were at dinner. We returned to a very clean condo ;-) ! We enjoyed this condo with the roomy great room and great location. Would stay here again.

We had such a nice stay. We found it to be very convenient for our holiday ski trip. The condo was clean, very well equipped, and quiet. The parking spot under the building was appreciated. A great value!

What more can be said about a review than this is the SECOND time I have stayed in this unit. Such comfort in the unit and on the mattresses; such location to Edwards River Walk; such a quick drive to the parking areas for Beaver Creek and Vail.

We hope to stay here again on our next Epic Ski adventure.

Every convenience you need for a comfortable stay! Listening to the sounds of the river and being by the river walk adds to a enjoyable stay!

We stayed there over spring break and had the best time. The condo is stocked with all the essential kitchen supplies, good movies, and super comfy beds. Each room has a cute theme and our kids loved deciding where to sleep. The central main room is great for gathering with it's cozy gas fire and the west sided balcony is perfect for evening cocktails and watching the sunset. Also one cannot underestimate the benefit of a heated garage with direct elevator access. However, you really don't need to drive a lot because the eclectic town of Edwards is all within a quick walk (great book store, market, coffee shops, movie theatre, yummy restaurants). Speaking of walking, there is a wonderful path that runs for miles along the river right out side the door. Go and Enjoy!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property, which far exceeded our expectations! It was a spacious, warm, comfortable, well-appointed, exceptionally clean condo, with many amenities and personal touches. The owners' generosity in the provisions they provided, made us feel well taken-care of and at home. If traveling with a family, the master bedroom, which is set apart from the other bedrooms, offers a great deal of privacy. The setting is incredible, with a lovely patio (accessible from the living room and master bedroom), lush trees, and the rushing river beyond. During the day, we enjoyed relaxing and walking by the river, and at night , in our comfortable bed, found the steady sound of the water very calming. The condo was very quiet and peaceful, and yet just a few steps away from Riverwalk, which contained several excellent restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. As serious foodies, we enjoyed every one of the meals we had in local restaurants recommended by the owners, and found their welcoming packet extremely helpful. We felt that this condo in Edwards was the perfect location; removed from the more touristy areas and shops, yet close to Avon, Beaver Creek, Vail, and surrounding mountain towns. We took numerous hikes in beautiful areas around Edwards, and would love to explore even more the next time. We also are looking forward to returning here to experience several of the cultural activities offered later in the summer; dance, a variety of music, and crafts, as well as the farmers' markets in the area. We were so taken with our experience here, we can't stop talking about it, and hope to return next summer with our children and granddaughter. We know they will love it as much as we did!

Colorado is a great place to visit year-round and the area around Edwards, CO is my favorite. I have stayed at this condo twice now and it will definitely be the first place I check for availability when planning my next trip. The condo has always been exceptionally clean and feels like a home away from home as soon as I unpack. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to handle meals for the entire condo. The balcony has a grill and comfortable seating for a dinner watching the sunset. There is an affordable grocer within walking distance and many restaurants either a short walk or drive away. Do not miss Crazy Mountain brewing if you are a craft beer fan! While the condo is comfortable enough to spend an entire week inside, I hardly spent any time indoors. That is because this area of Colorado has so many outdoor activities to offer! Summer offers amazing biking and hiking but I really come to this area for winter sports. Beaver Creek and Vail offer some of the best skiing in the country and they are both just minutes away. Your car's engine won't even be warm before you're parking at Beaver Creek. Vail is only a little further and you can always find good snow somewhere on that mountain. The underground parking garage for the condo has spoiled me for winter vacations. As great as the condo is, the owners are equally as wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend contacting them to schedule your next trip to Colorado!

Wonderful property. Great three bedrooms with very comfortable sleeping. Loved the hardwoods with catnapping in the bedrooms. Enough can't be said about location. Love being able to walk to E-town, Chinese place, and Juniper restaurant. .

Magnificent condo – comfortable and elegant. We dined al fresco, cooking chicken and vegetables on the outdoor grill, sipping wine, surrounded by colorful, autumn foliage. Sunrise and sunset, from the balcony of the condo, were so striking that my wife was constantly taking photographs, some of which she’ll undoubtedly paint (watercolor). We ate too much at the local restaurants (excellent), walked to a lovely bookstore, grocery store, and more. Pictures don’t do justice to the interior of this property. We could have spent our entire vacation reading, cooking, and, for one of us, watching football on the large TV, without ever leaving the condo. This is much more than a typically sterile, rental property. We felt at home and enjoyed the taste, care, and warmth with which each room was furnished. We are grateful to have found this place and will definitely come again.

Condo is neat, tidy and in the heart of the gorgeous Vail / Beaver Creek ski resorts! Walking to the river every morning in my slipper with coffee was so relaxing. I never had to leave the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural setting. I highly recommend it!
