It was okay I honestly though it would be better.

Beautiful home it was spacious and super comfortable for families, there area of the house had beautiful Mountain View’s very pretty home. And very quiet area peaceful away from traffic and high noise levels it was nice. Kid friendly had really cute kids room with chalk writable doors that was nice. Also in the kitchen it had a chalk door very cute idea.

The fact that they forgot to give me my code to enter the home they never texted or emailed it and I had to sit outside waiting for someone to answer my call from at least 3 different numbers (that I had on a confirmation)and or at least a text back. So i had to sit outside for a good amount of time with bear warnings, before someone finally answered, that was annoying. Especially for the price and then having to sit out of the home. Outside extreme amount of mosquitoes so I wouldn’t suggest letting the kids play outside for to long without dowsing them if OFF repellent. The First thing I do before I settle in I take pictures as I do walk through to make sure everything is noted. I took a lot of pictures and there were many things broken just looked like it was hidden for the next people to find. The cleaning fee was so high basically it was the same amount of the stay but it looked like they swept and washed the linens really. In the dish washer it had never been turned on from the previous people in the home and the cups had mold from moisture and old food stains. The tan couches were pretty stained The wifi was pretty low even with their wifi connected I kept getting an SOS wifi. Messages and calls weren't coming through or going through. They would go through whenever a lot of messages still show undeliverable

Lovely cottage in the mountains of NH in a resort, convenient location for day trips.

We had to call Vacasa to get the code for the house keys. Lock box inside the cottage would not open to provide an extra set of keys. It is apparently not set to match the front door lock box combination. Since we were only there for two days, it was not really a problem though. If a larger group was staying at the cottage, it could be a problem. The cleaning fee was high for staying only two days. We did not mess up the cottage very much and cleaned up after ourselves regarding cooking.

Pleasant

Visited early May and enjoyed the scenery, privacy and low traffic and lack of bugs during peak waterfalls and snow still on the mountains. Good location and reasonable rate for a spacious lodging. Fireplace a romantic plus after a sunset stroll around the property.

Mattress in master too squishy for active adults. Kitchen layout is curious. First thing we noticed on arriving was the strong odor of wood smoke from the fireplace.
