Located in Estero Island, this attractive house for $346 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath house is originally for vacation rental, but we are now accepting reservations for relief workers, construction workers, contractors, and local residents. Great location for contractors who want to have the convenience to stay close to their job site on the island. Includes one carport space, plus ample driveway parking for 4 cars or pickup trucks. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT IF YOU ARE VACATIONING. Sleeps up to 8: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in unit. ***Cable TV and Internet are not provided. ***No smoking, no pets. ***Available for long term rental (6 months or longer) at a significant better rate. Please check with us.

We are BACK!
The second year taking over both sides of the duplex....this place is just PERFECT. Sparkling clean. BEYOND well equipped for the beach. Bikes. Wagon. Chairs. All in GREAT shape, and well maintained. INSTANT response from the owners. Truly a perfect 10, and the reason we came back was because of how great the experience was last year, and indeed not a thing has changed....another year, another perfect 10! Thank you! Senior year Spring Break
Great location for our daughter’s senior year spring break! The house was amazing and had more than enough space. The quick question all to the beach was nice and the grocery location was close too.

Comfortable and relaxing!
This property is located on a very quiet residential street that is minutes from the beach and ocean. The beach was not crowded. The 3 bedrooms are very private with their own full bathrooms. The garage was filled with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation at Ft Myers Beach - beach wagon with cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards . I was surprised to even find a large tricycle for my mom to ride. We used the bikes a lot. It was nice to have them provided so we didn't have to rent. They even had a lock so we didn't have to worry about them being taken (accidentally). Plan to bike if your traveling mid-March to mid-April due to increased traffic. On our last day, we decided to take a Dolphin boat tour - we saw a sting ray and so many dolphins in Estero Bay and the gulf. It was interesting to see the water change from the bay (fresh water) to the ocean (salt water). The ocean water was such a pretty blue-green. Property manager was very helpful and kind but everything was great so we didn't need to contact him other than for check-in instructions.

The house has great location. Only minutes walking to the best beach. Having the wagon with the beach chairs and umbrellas was very convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. The living room is very larg and the space underneath the house is great to spend your evenings enjoying the Florida humidity while being away from the mosquitos. The only thing we missed was some board games for the kids.

Great location and nice home near the beach
We had a great time. The property is located a short walk to the beach and you can walk to restaurants as well. Everything was as advertised. We had no problems. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this location. Very roomy and clean! One recommendation would be to remember to use the bikes to travel downtown to time square. With heavy traffic, the trolley runs very late and is often full. The bikes were great though once we figured this out! Thanks for the stay!

Lovely stay at Anchorage Palms
First family vacation since 2009 that was wasn’t baseball, football or college visits. It was much needed time away from the stress of Covid Times and work. The owners were so gracious and we will definitely be back to rent from them again. Until next time...

Nice roomy vacation home
One of the requested ratings above was about the property manager--he was absolutely great-- very, very responsive and available. Checked on us to see if all was OK--which it was.
The house is a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach. We visited in early March--still high season--and the beach was never, ever crowded or even close to being crowded.
The house has a very open feeling with plenty of room for our group.
The kitchen was nicely equipped with all that we needed.
One half of the 2 car garage is covered space, which worked great for our 3 grandchildren to run around and still be near.
We are happyt to give Anchorage Palms II a high rating.
