You are walking or crawling distance from the heart of the pedestrian downtown area, but so is everyone else. If you plan to be out in the bars and clubs until closing, this is definitely the spot for you, if you turn in a bit earlier, you will hear everyone else as they leave the bars and restaurants. Everything seemingly in walking distance, World Fair park, UT campus and stadium, all the little shops and restaurants are right at your doorstep.

Lots of retail, restaurants and entertainment within 1-2 minutes. Superb facility and great host!

Walkable to Neyland stadium. Plenty of options in Market Square. Nice place. We were prepared for the noise at night, but not for early Friday morning street traffic and deliveries. Saturday and Sunday mornings were fine.

We’ve stayed on Market Square multiple times before in hotels. This is definitely a much more comfortable place to stay with couples/family. Place was clean and well equipped, will definitely book again.

Nice decor, very clean, comfy beds and pillows! Couple of Suggestions…better lighting for family room, such as side lamps with end table or up light stand up lamp. Too dark at night. Include directions to leave market street and walk down wall past the sports bar Entrance from Mary place is difficult to see as it looks like part of the restaurant. Overall great stay and amazing location !

This apartment was perfect for two couples. The location couldn’t have been better. Right on Market Square, making it handy to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean, had a well supplied kitchen and even had a nicely filled candy dish on the island! All the comfort of home! 😊👍

property was great location and parking was easy to get in and out of. Overall a great place. Can get a little noisy on the weekends due to the surrounding area, but not a deterrent to renting again.

The place was beautiful, comfortable and in sunch a fantastic location. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was really great. Access to thw building was easy and there was an elevator so no worrying about stairs each time as its on the 3rd floor. Its location cant be beat. Great restaurants and bars in the square just underneath the unit, perfect for the saturday farmers market or going out at night and not having to worry about ubering. Its a brisk but easy walk to old city and just around the corner from Gay St. Would highly recommend staying here and if i ever go back i would check this place out first.

We loved the location being right on the square and the property was very well maintained and decorated. It’s also nice that there are carts at the entrance to help you load up baggage to take to the rooms. We would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive which is always nice! The only recommendation is to let guests know there is a second key fob in the binder by the tv. We were told there was only 1 fob. Guests definitely will want 2 with this location to the bars below.

As former Knoxvillians, I remember this property years ago before it was improved. Congratulations to all those who contributed to the development that is Market Square--a unique and diverse place to be! The Garden was well maintained and perfectly supplied for our arrival and stay of a week. Ample linens and kitchen supplies, and full amenities. We will definitely think about this location for our next long stay. There is nothing like the diversity of being a part of the Market Square scene. Our hosts made this the best experience for us (grandparents) and several of our grandson's friends during his graduation from Fulton HS. Stay here for a memorable vacation!

Great location!

Have stayed in this location the last 3 years for cycling races. Great location for shopping and dining. Easy to get to roads to cycle and quarry to swim. Apt was clean. Well stocked with linens and appliances, etc. Highly recommend for a stay in Knoxville.

This place was perfect for our getaway with friends over the long holiday weekend. It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking around Knoxville.

The unit was right in the heart of downtown! Very clean. Everything was fabulous, however, it could be a little loud at night from the people outside.

We come to Market Square often but this is our favorite. Love location and such a well appointed space.

Great location! Perfect for two couples. While it is right on Market Square, the bedrooms are on the side street, which lessened the noise. Accessing the key fob was a little confusing, was the only bump in the road...and it was a small one. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay in Knoxville’s Market Square. The Garden is in a great location overlooking Market Square. From this location it is an easy walk to many Knoxville attractions, restaurants, breweries, and UT. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host provided bedding and towels which is a big plus I’m my book. There was a small plate of snacks when we arrived, which was great after 9 hours in a car. The bathrooms were large and clean. The property sits 3 floors above a sports bar but we never heard any outside noise. The property doesn’t have dedicated parking but there are two parking garages within 200 yards of the front door. We would definitely come back for another stay.

First time visit to Knoxville, we could not have chosen a better location or accommodation. On a two night visit, we literally parked the car and walked, rode the Free Trolley all over the city and spent each evening enjoying Market Square. We LOVED the apartment. equipped with everything you could need, plus some nice treats. We met the lovely Lisa twice during our stay. Super friendly and helpful. Yes it can be a little noisy, but the ear plugs help. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great facility to enjoy time together. All the blocks checked for our girls weekend. Park the car and not have to buzz around. Walked to concert at The Tennessee Theater and enjoyed lazy mornings and fun filled afternoons shopping, enjoying lovely means and spending time together. Liked the security of the building as well.

Our group of three had a wonderful stay at this property over five nights. Centrally located on Market Square, it's steps away from lots of food and shopping. The square can be noisy at night - owner is up front about this in the listing, and provides earplugs if needed. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Easy communication with the owner. Great value!
