Situated in Town N Country, this attractive house for $70 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This not your typical high-priced, cookie cutter, Florida condo with granite counter tops, etc. Instead, this is a lovely 25 year old waterfront, manufactured home with a fenced yard in an older NW Tampa residential community (not a trailer park) developed in the 1960's. It is situated on Rocky Creek, a saltwater (brackish) canal that leads into Tampa Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. Kayaks available for the use of the adventurous (adults only) at your own risk. Available by DAYS, WEEK(s) or MONTH(s). Flexible check in day and extra days may be added on. Please check "AVAILABILITY CALENDAR". MINIMUM RESERVATION - 2 nights BRING YOUR BOAT & FISHING GEAR. We had a nice stay with Jack. Fun area yet we were able to relax a lot at the property. We were homebodies not venturing out much. But enjoying being away from home. Highly recommend staying with Jack he haS several properties one will surely fit your needs. Thanks again jack for all the help n allowing us to vacation with one of your properties.

Very nice and clean, well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there except food. Great location with a grocery store a mile away. We were just in town for a concert and if ever need to stay again in Tampa we will be back.

The facility was just as advertised, two bedrooms, plenty of open space, large kitchen. It was located on a rather crowded middle class neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly, the street was safe and quiet. Friendly word of warning. If arriving at night, the edge of the dock is hard to see. I almost stepped into the canal. Wait until daylight to view the water.

Even though our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Ian's arrival- we were very happy! Canoeing in the canal toward the bay was awesome and the location is also a few minutes drive to a paved trail. It was everything we expected. Jack was quick to notify us when the evacuation orders were in place and everything was taken care of for our unexpectedly shortened stay.

This is a very cozy place away from the hustle of Tampa. Small issue with the air, but Jack had it under control. I would definitely stay here again. The beds are very comfortable and the decorations made us feel very at home.

We loved this little place away from all the busy life. It was right on the Canal and we're able to catch some fish in it. The kayaks are fun to use. I recommend this place greatly

The property was extremely clean, however, things were very old which made it feel a bit dirty even though it wasn't. We bought the city pass and the location was right in the middle of all the different attractions. Everything we did was about 30 minutes away in different directions (mostly due to traffic). The neighborhood itself seems fine, but the surrounding areas seem to be declining which the owner did send us in the instructions on how to get there after we had paid. I would say if you are ok with an older home for the convenience of location then this is the place for you! The price was fantastic compared to other locations so I would definitely consider it - especially since it is on the water!

The property was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean! Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of bedding and towels. The location was mins away from groceries pharmacies and gas stations yet was quite and serene as well. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again next time we make the trip down. Thank you so much!!

This cheerful little property provides great value for the money. It is roomy with a very effective AC, plenty of hot water, and comfy beds. It has a huge kitchen with all of the necessary gadgets. Best of all it has 2 full bathrooms with a total of 3 showers and 2 bathtubs. The neighborhood is older and quiet. It's like being in someone's home rather than a hotel and is at least half the price. Jack, the owner is very nice!

This was the second property of Jack's that we stayed at with 2 adults, 2 children, an infant, a large dog, and a cat. We were very comfortable in the home during our stay. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer are tiny and outdated, and the dryer left our clothing covered in lint. There were a few things that needed cleaning- the bedding, drawers, and some of the utensils- but we took care of that ourselves. Jack was a kind host.

We enjoyed our stay at Jack's place. It was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Jack, the host, was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when in the Tampa area.
