The owner runs the business with some help from her family and one housekeeper. Agapi is very personable, friendly and will answer as well as give any suggestions for any questions you have. The rooms were clean and fresh towels given each day. The location was good for us as we didn’t mind the half hour walk into Fira. There is also a bus stop very close to the villa as well.
Nothing we didn’t like.

Central location with bus stops right outside, 30 minute walk to Fira, lovely staff, nice pool
Liked everything and they were able to accommodate us at short notice when our other hotel let us down

The location is great, nice and clean pool
The property doesn’t have a luggage storage room. They refused to keep our luggage for more than 30 minutes. Our flight was in the evening and we thought they could have secured our suitcase so we can stay in town for a bit before our flight. If you plan on having a whole day on the last day of your trip then don’t use Agapi villas as they won’t help you keep your luggage.
