Our first visit to Santorini was absolute perfection, largely thanks to our incredible stay at Cyclades Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome.
A special, heartfelt thank you goes to the Reception Manager, Haritini Sigala. Haritini is the true heart of this hotel—she was amazingly kind, exceptionally friendly, and extraordinarily helpful throughout our entire stay. Since this was our very first time on the island, her expert local knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and key insights were invaluable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience in Santorini, making us feel completely at home.
Our room was spotless, beautifully clean, wonderfully organized, and felt completely fresh every single day.
The hotel’s location is stunning and extremely convenient, making it effortless to explore the best parts of the island.
The warmth and genuine care from Haritini and the team set a high bar for customer service.
Overall, despite the breakfast crowd, the pristine cleanliness, top-notch location, and above all, Haritini’s top-tier service made this a memorable trip. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend Cyclades Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!
The only minor downside to our stay was the breakfast experience. The breakfast area gets quite crowded during peak hours, and the staff was a bit slow to replenish food items once they ran out. A smoother restocking process and better crowd management would easily make this a 10/10 experience.

The rooms are really nice, brand new everything, very elegant / modern looking rooms . Sooo good for the price. Breakfast was also good .
