Un gran lugar para hospedarse

En el 2018 me hospedé en este lugar y me quedé con una buena impresión, me gusto mucho su ubicación y el hotel me pareció cómodo por eso regresé, pero esta vez que fui; la verdad me decepcioné mucho, los cuartos olían mal y se veían sucios, todo súper viejo y en mal estado, desde la ropa de cama, tv, y detalles en los muebles, la puerta de la regadera rota, baños percudidos, espejos manchados, la alfombra sucia, no me daba confianza ni siquiera de acostarme en la cama, de verdad mal ☹️ Es una pena por que el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y no es feo, pero le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, no tengo problema en que tenga cosas viejas, pero con la limpieza si, ojalá se apliquen en eso, por que la verdad el hotel se encuentra en una parte de la ciudad muy práctica para dirigirse a cualquier parte de la Cdmx.

Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento principalmente.

EXCELENTE UBICACION

TIENE UNA EXCELENTE UBICACION A UNOS CUANTOS METROS DEL MONUMENTO A LA REVOLUCION Y DE DOS AVENIDAS PRINCIPALES INSURGENTES Y REFORMA. ESTA CERCA PARADAS DE METROBUS Y DEL METRO.

EL TELEVISOR, NO SON DE PANTALLA PLANA, Y ADEMAS LE FALLABA MUCHO EL SONIDO, NO PUDE DISFRUTAR AGUSTO DE MIS PROGRAMAS FAVORITOS.

Falta de mantenimiento en general a las habitaciones.

La ubicación en el centro y la atención del personal.

Las habitaciones muy deterioradas, la TV muy antigua , sin internet , no hay clima ,casilla rota , no tiene pasador la puerta , no hay cafetera, no hay plancha, un problemas con el elevador....me falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, alfombras muy viejas .

It's in a good location to take a taxi, uber o trip (atleast 9PM) and there's many place to dinner and breakfast.

The staff don't have a good presentation, I have solicited an invoice and I've never received it. The elevator is older than I think, and the rooms I didn't feel it cleans. And in the street there's no so much lights.

Good price- accomodation - ratio.

Nice, not included. Restaurant a bit chilly

No-one at the reception could speak fluent English. They did the best they could, though.

Fair price, good location, poor service.

I liked the price of the hotel and location. I liked that it was tidied up daily and that can drivers were available outside. Front desk staff helped me print tickets for a bus tour.

There is a no visitor policy. I couldn’t invite a date over with out a debacle. I would not have booked this hotel if I had know this was the policy. Hotel staff laughed at me for my Spanish last and for not being fluent in Spanish. Friday night, the lobby was very loud and heard through out the building past 11pm and no staff member was willing to control the atmosphere. I asked front desk staff for help finding things to do in CDMX and they don’t have any services like that so I had to find another hotel to assist with activities. There was mold in my bathroom sink in each of the overflow drains. I booked this hotel specifically for the roof top pool and it closes at 6pm, I never got to use it.

Location and prices are perfect.

Staff at night shift ( bald headed guy ) doesn't have any people skills or manners doesn't like answering questions.

Noisy, no sleep.

Reasonably good location. Room was mostly clean, some stains on the bedding.

Extremely noisy. If you like your sleep, don’t stay here. Construction work was audible throughout the day and night and you could hear everything going on in the other rooms on the floor. Other guests were not considerate and were extremely loud. The staff did nothing to help the situation.
