No problem and peace and good vibes.wide enough.
The staff asked me the name when i booked. I forgot full name that I booked.So I told him that [can I tell the booking confirmation number?].
But he denying and just asked my Identification card.
I didn't booked with my full name.
However,finally they found the booking with the conformation number.
I want to know only is that why he don't listen carefully what the customer said.
He is not bad.but he should listen till to the end.

It was centrally located between two train stations. The pancake hour was happy time. The window allowed a lot of light into the room. The bed was comfortable at the AC was like saving in the hot weather.
The layout of the bathroom was small and dangerous. We smacked our heads while trying to wash our feet. The bathtub did not hold water because the plunger was defective. The hotel showed its age.
