Parking and getting to chalet especially at night was very scary. I would not stay again. We did love the hot tub. Also not having TVs in each bedroom was inconvenient.

Cabin was very clean, we even had a bear visit/break in. Owner responded and gave us advice. Was very exciting and made our trup even more memorable. Close to downtown but quiet enough to enjoy the mountains.

The property was located at the top of a VERY steep driveway (75 degree angle ,nearly straight up, 100 yards long) which was wet and covered with leaves, adding to danger. We had to beg a local to drive our car (and us) up to the chalet. The chalet had no working electricity, was in complete disarray, under renovation, and was not supposed to be on the market. It was a nightmare for us ladies to finally arrive and find that. The only good thing is that our money was refunded by evolve and, I hope, booking fees will be refunded by vrbo. This was our first experience with vrbo and was not a good one.

My family with a mix of ages, stayed at the Chalet Village while we visited Smoky Mtn National Park. It was centrally located to the park and the bustling cities of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved the kitchen, living areas, the air hockey and the hot tub. The bedrooms were just right and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The upstairs bedroom was a disappointment. Due to the iron in the water, the bottom of the decorative white shower curtain was stained and moldy. This was a big disappointment. But we made due and still used the bathroom. Overall, this was a lovely stay and very perfect for our visit to the area.
