The breakfast was good, great location in a quiet area with good parking.
The air conditioning system was not so good. One more thing they close the indoor pool from 13.00 till 16.00, it should remain open so to avoid the sun of the outdoor pool.

The size of the room, the indoor swimming pool, and being able to watch the horses training.
There is a lot of choice for breakfast, however at times you find that it is not replenished as the morning progresses and so the choice is much reduced.
Getting a coffee during the day is very limited within the hotel, whilst there appears to be a coffee area I have never seen it open.

We only spent one night here, so we didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. Dinner was very good, breakfast was also good, very Italian (not much cooked). The room was comfortable and a nice size. The dining room overlooks the racecourse and in the morning there were horses training which I enjoyed. There's also a nice play area out front for children which was great.
