The staff were so kind to give us the same room as before.
I wish the breakfast menu changes from time to time. It was the same menu as before. But food quality is good.

Close to Utsunomiya station, rooms were comfortable.
Lobbies have whiff of cigarette smoke which isn’t the nicest smell.

It’s location! The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff provide great service and are friendly.

The room (junior suite) that we had was big and gave us a lot of space. The parking availability on site and being near to the train station was helpful.
The room, while sufficiently clean, is in need of proper maintenance. Bathtub for example should be replaced by one that is safer to use and in a better condition. The sink area is also very low for a regular sized Asian that makes it hard to use. The kettle also takes forever to boil for a relatively small amount of water. The breakfast, by Japanese standards, could also be improved in terms of spread, tastiness and variety.
