About this house rental
NON SMOKING, NO PETS. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath home in quiet community, the subdivision has private boat dock with access to Lake Grassy - great for fishing or water sports. Master bedroom has king sized bed with pillow top mattress, stand up shower in master bath. Second bedroom has a full size bed and a bunkbed with twin over full size. Second bathroom has tub. Living room has 50” Vizio smart TV, streaming available. DVD. Screened in back patio with table and chairs and a grill. Garage available, with washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED, $100 fee if you have pet on premises. NON SMOKING house, $100 charge if house smells of smoking. Your request to book is agreement to the no pets and no smoking policy as well as the fees.

Stayed here for races at Sebring and this home was perfect. Quiet area but just a short drive from town as well as the racetrack. Clean, organized, comfortable, and easy to feel at home. Very family friendly, too, with plenty of games and activities for kids.

Rhett was a very welcoming host that went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We couldn't have ask for a better host.

The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. We felt very safe there and you can tell the people that live there love and care for their homes. We loved the lanai in the back of the house. Nice and peaceful. Took a walk to the lake, beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again!
