The "Welcome Home" rug at the entrance sums it up. Highly efficient system with coded doors and self check in.

Very close to motorway and easy to find and check in. Cosy, clean and warm room. Great for an overnight stop. Really good value. Comfortable firm beds. Landlord very quick to communicate
We came on a Saturday night and all restaurants closed except a Vietnamese one about 10 minutes walk away so we were able to get a hot meal!
We arrived in wintry weather and no mat to wipe wet shoes on in the entrance so when you go upstairs to the kitchen area, the floor becomes dangerously slippery!
Lots of tea provided but no coffee
‘Free Netflix for all rooms’ poster in the listing is confusing, as this is not the case, you have to use your own account if you have one!

It was very very clean and welcomming. Unfortunately we had brought dogs with us, so we slept in the car. But in the morning we used the shower and everything was so nice. I recommend this place, but not for dogs.

Very good location outside Munich within walking-distance to a direct train to Central Munich. Free Parking near the property. Very easy self check-in.good value for money.
