It was my second visit to this place, was quite well, but rooms in the -1 Floor are really bad, as toilets. Rooms on the 0 Floor are great and clean

This is the cheapest option in Munich by far. Check-in and check-out can be online and easy, you can arrive any time you like and receive a room number and pincode to enter. No staff interaction necessary. Room was quite spacious, ok beds, table and chairs, clothes rack.
common bathrooms seem to cleaned not too often. A bit noisy from other rooms and sometimes from outside. Location is a bit off from the center, but you can still get there in a reasonable time.
