Perfekter Aufenthalt für eine Nacht in der Nähe der Tonhalle🙂

Cooles, stylisches Hotel im Industrial und Retro-Look. Die Zimmer waren picobello sauber; Frühstück alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Bei Ankunft gibt es einen Welcome-Drink an der Bar. Personal super-freundlich!

Sauberes,modernes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Es fehlte an nichts. Für 2 Personen war die Größe des Zimmers völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Durch Zufall haben wir das Fitness Studio gefunden, das hätte man beim Check in gerne erwähnen können. Flussläufig alles erreichbar, Rewe, Lidl, Ostbahnhof. Super Lage.

Das parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 24€/Tag das ist sehr viel 4€/tag kann man sich aber an der Rezeption abziehen lassen auf Nachfrage.

Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung

Wir waren jetzt schon das vierte Mal im Moxy. Es ist eher ein Hotel für jüngere Menschen. Rewe, DM gleich nebenan

Diesesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer hinten zur Straße raus, was nicht schön war. Um 4 Uhr Früh, wurde der Supermarkt beliefert und es war sehr laut

Gerne wieder

Die Zimmer sind für einen Wochenendtrip sehr gut geeignet. Es war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Lage zum Ostbahnhof ist super. Trotz Bahnstreik kamen wir mit einer der zahlreichen S-Bahn Linien oder der U-Bahn überall hin.

Wir waren im Dezember dort, leider war das Zimmer viel zu warm zum schlafen und wir konnten nur die Klimaanlage anstellen um eine annähernd angenehme Temperatur zu bekommen.

fabulous customer service.

I My booking was last minute when my flight was cancelled because of huge snow.. I had checked out at 6am and then with nowhere else to go, returned to the hotel around 9am. The hotel was so kind, let me wait inside and have breakfast even after I had checked out. They even offered to give me my room key back. On top of this they were really under pressure as so many flights were cancelled and many tired and angry people looking for rooms, they handled it with style. Wonderful Humans. Thank you again!

The location is a 5 minute walk from a main station, so really handy for connections to places around the city, including the airport. Quiet area and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Bedding and bathroom amenities are what you pay for in the room rate, but nothing bad, everything clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

I got a room on the top floor with nice views. The staff members spoke great English and made me feel welcomed and recommended places for me to travel while on my stay. The lobby area was always clean, my room was aesthetically pleasing, and spacious for one person. The hotel was also close by public transit, so for someone that gets lost easily and didn't speak German it was a plus.

Only thing I didn't like was not staying longer. I loved the hotel and it reminded me of my loft apartment in Chicago. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants.

The room was a disappointment , too small , no tea or coffee making facilities , no phone or wardrobe (maybe I'm a bit old school)

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is excellent.

The location is perfect. Even though there’s construction outside you could barely hear the noise. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Super close to the train station.

The pillows were bad, not comfortable at all. For some reason a gentleman from the main desk entered my room unannounced to ask if everything was ok, that was bizarre, it was quick I think he wasn’t aware we were inside the room. Also the AC is not really a cold AC. I had to crack open the window at night.

Okay for a short stay but pretty basic

The room was a nice size and the hotel is very close to the train station. We were able to check in to our room a few hours early and the furnishings were also nice. Also good that the TV was set up for casting from our phones.

Quite noisy in the morning with the doors slamming, must have been from other guests leaving early but the sound proofing was pretty bad. No fridge in the room either or iron (there was a communal iron on another floor but wasn't removable)

Good spot close to station

Nice big room, generally a good stay. The breakfast, at €15, was excellent and very much worth the money. We chose to stay here to be close to Ostbahnhof.

The area of town, just west of Ostbahnhof, wasn't very interesting, however the other side of the station is lovely and a close walk.

A kind of disaster

For 3 rooms, one night: I typed my credit card code 6 times in all! 4 pre payments of 435€ 🫨 + 1 payment of 435€ and a refund of 435€🫨🫨... and the next day 1 payment of 1215€... The staff at the reception don't know what they are doing, they could be even dangerous... the check in took more than 15 minutes, the receptionist certified that the 2 first pre payments had not been taken into account by the system whereas they had been perfectly taken into account (see pic). A package of something was lying in the toilet bowl of my room (see pic)... The next day, at breakfast, the tables were not cleaned between 2 customers, there was everything, butter, jam, orange juice, coffee and various residues... All for 435€ per room and per night 🤬 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
