Lovely house brilliant location host amazing

Location of the house was good, near all amenities, Teresa the host was amazing so helpful, helped me with my dog Barnie booking an appointment at the vets

Nothing Happy with everything

1 / 10

Dirty pool and unsafe windows. Poor customer service

Not much

The water in the pool was yellow and there were lice and insects in the pool. The house smelt of dog and generally was not that clean. Most worrying of all there were big cracks in the large windows. It was not safe to stay there with my two year old. When you book on booking you get transfered to a rental company called Novasol. They were aweful to me and have the worst customer service. They ruined our holiday. Do not book through Novasol ever.
