The location was great. We liked that we had two bedrooms and two bathroom for the 4 of us. The living room and balcony/courtyard was spacious and had as good a view as the luxury hotels beside us! We stayed 3 nights. The air conditioning was very welcome, as was the washing machine
There were a number of issues. It would have been nice to know BEFORE we committed to a non refundable booking that:
- access was tricky (89 steps down from car parking and 60 steps up to apartment) with our luggage.
- hidden costs of payment for all linen (€60 for 4 people)(electricity costs for 4)(cleaning costs of €90) plus city tax. No other Air BNB has charged these as extra. I feel this pushed the cost up to the next price bracket of accomodation!
- amenities were poor: NO soap in bathrooms or anything, or any extras in the kitchen (coffee, S&P, oil etc) . We were left 2 bottles of water.
- we were advised not to use any power points in the bedroom.
- cleanliness: the cleaner was ill so the greeting host had to clean up. The bed spreads had not been washed. The outdoor patio had not been swept and the mat to tread on was filthy.
- this potentially pretty apartment could be presented so much more nicely!!

It's so close to the beach. Quiet, apart from the piano music from the hotel nextdoor which stops around midnight.
Loved going to sleep listening to the waves.
Comfortable mattress.
Ample room for 5 people.
Hoste Eugenio is a lovely and friendly woman, made us very welcome.
Would have been nice if the beds were singles. And sheets and towels were included.
Maybe a welcome pack with local information.
A bit dusty considering the compulsory cleaning cost. But the main facilities were clean.

The apartments was very comfortable and clean. In the direct area there were many nice restaurants and things to do like chartering a boat for a trip along the shores. The views were excellent and the people working there were very friendly and extremely helpful.
