In the middle of the dessert there is this incredible place. Surrounded by the songs of birds and the dessert you are being spoiled by the fantastic crew of Tutwa in the luxurious hotel. 10/10 on all parameters.

I liked everything about Tutwa - the lodge is beautiful in an understated way. We had big windows on three sides of our room with views of the waterhole, the mountains and the surrounding area. It is a very beautiful part of South Africa and I highly recommend visiting.
The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Moyo, Xolani and Tina were great and the food Mish created were out of this world. Humphrey (our guide) was knowledgeable, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.

We felt extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and did so with great professionalism.
The accommodation is beautiful, and there is something truly special about spending time here. Springboks regularly pass by in front of the pool, which makes the experience even more unique.
The kitchen is outstanding. Even when we were already full, we found ourselves looking forward to the next mealtime.
We would absolutely recommend this place and will most certainly return.
There are some maintenance issues that needed to be resolved (AC was leaking).

Atmospheric and gorgeous, with amazing food. My birthday dinner’s lamb chops were simply divine! Kudos to the chef - and he also produced a birthday cake! Rooms are vast and comfortable, with the best showers. Oh and Humphrey gave us a wonderfully informative and enjoyable game drive, in that very comfy game-viewing vehicle. All of the staff were just wonderful.
Absolutely nothing - oh well, the road there and out was quite scary for a city driver, but arriving at Tutwa made up for it!
