The room was spacious, and we had plenty of space for our large suitcases. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were good quality. The location was also great: the nearest subway station was about a 10-minute walk away, there was a 7-Eleven just 2 minutes away, and a mall with a supermarket was within a 10–15 minute walk. The area was very quiet and peaceful.
Our biggest complaint was the kitchen utensils, as there were barely any. The frying pan was in poor condition and looked quite worn, and there weren’t many cooking utensils or options available, so my sister and I decided not to cook during our stay. Also, since it is a traditional Japanese-style house, the stairs are very narrow and small, which can be a bit difficult to use.

The room qas really nice and comfy with the air conditioner. And it was near a metro station and convinience stores. The owner was really nice as well and helpful
If you have big luggage it might be difficult to bring it to upper floors.

L’établissement était super! Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. L’emplacement est un peu excentré mais c’était écrit dans l’annonce, à 1h des grands quartiers (shinjuku/shibuya) et à 30 min~ du centre (parc de Ueno). La maison est situé à 7 min du métro, et a 1 min d’un 7/11 qui permet d’acheter n’importe quoi à n’importe quelle heure, ce qui est un très bon plan!
Il n’y avait pas assez d’équipement dans la cuisine (2 fourchettes seulement pour 6 personnes). La machine était cassée donc il fallait aller a la laverie.
