This end unit in the popular phase II development on the mountain has 1 large Master bedroom with a King size bed (giant walk-in closet), Queen size sofa bed in Living Room, 1 1/2 baths with a spacious outdoor deck. Newly painted with updated appliances, a split Mistsubishi AC/heat wall unit, and Rinnai heater for cooling you in the summer, and warming you in the winter. Large wood fireplace. 2 ceiling fans, 2 flat screen tvs (Roku ready). Tenney Mountain is under new ownership, and the mountain is open after a 10 year hiatus. This jewel of a resort boasts 25 trails to suit all levels. The restaurant and bar are open for the summer season as well, and the views from the top of the mountain are unparalleled. Just 4 miles from Plymouth State College and I-93, and 30 minutes to Waterville Valley and Lincoln, you have all the privacy of a small resort, with none of the congestion and traffic of Loon Mt. We enjoyed our stay at this one bedroom condo. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Centrally located to many places.

Property is very clean and comfortable. Also well appointed kitchen -- better than most! Perfect location if you need to be in Plymouth. The condo community itself is dated and the roads are pretty rough. Jan's condo is updated and very nice! Will definitely stay here next time we visit our daughter and her family!

Bright & cozy condo in Plymouth
This property allows easy and convenient access to PSU and all other local attractions. The space is bright, clean, and cozy with everything you need for your stay. The host, Jen, was very responsive and available for any questions, although the description along with the info binder covered most everything. We had a terrific weekend watching the snow fall and shuttling back and forth to my daughter’s performances. We even found time to do a little sledding!
Overall, an excellent spot and we hope to stay again!

While visiting our daughter at Plymouth State University we enjoyed a perfect stay at this lovely getaway. Breathtakingly quiet, spacious and relaxing. Short easy drive to town and and all amenities. A must stay and we will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a location near Plymouth! Although Tenney was closed during our stay, being near a ski mountain brings a wonderful vibe. The apartment has a great kitchen (we cooked a lot), lovely fireplace, and cozy feel. Highly recommend!

Communicative owner. Condo was well sequipped. Comfortable bed and AC. Very spacious for two.
Couple of minor housekeeping items could have been better, and the condo complex could use a freshening, but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Nice cozy stay
Jen's place is really cute with some nice finishing touches, and she's very responsive The property is as described with a comfy king bed and really soft carpet. It's right at the base of Tenney mountain and you can walk to the lift. We came in summer time and the mountain was closed, but it's in a decent location as it's within an hour to the major hiking locations (Washington, Lafeyette, etc...) and ski resorts. It's a good place for some R&R.

Lovely weekend getaway!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a lot of space to spread out when we needed to work remotely and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great and a lovely place to have dinner! The location was a short drive from the hiking and kayaking we wanted to do. Jen was very kind and responsive to any questions we had, and made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back! Thanks again!

Ski lodge in the summer a bit cooler, very quiet, private and quaint. Loft king bed, very comfortable with full bath. 1st floor full kitchen, bath, dining and living room. Pleasant deck with furniture for breakfast with the trees, grass, birds and a rooster crowing.

Nice 4 night family getaway
Clean and comfortable condo located on a small ski mountain. Skiing wasn't open yet but the restaurant in the lodge was open for dinner and live music which was fun! Plenty of mountains nearby to ski and lots to do in the area. Owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. Would definitely return!

This is such a cute place. My wife and I loved it. The restaurant at the lodge is nice and convenient too. The owner is well organized and nice to deal with. We will stay here again. Two Thumbs up

Perfect place to get away!!
This place was FANTASTIC!! The owner was very helpful, friendly, fast to respond to any questions and very welcoming! The condo is an end unit with a large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. Tastefully furnished with everything you need to make you feel just as if you were home! The king size bed and sofa were super comfy. Cable worked great as did the wifi which in this area can be a challenge. Washer/dryer a big bonus! Going home with clean clothes is delightful at the end of a vacation! Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, dishes, an assortment of glass wear, coffee pot and even a juicer if you're feeling adventurous. I really can't say enough great things about this place and the owner. We are already planning our stay for next year!!

We stayed in August 2019 at the Tenney townhouse for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . It’s a clean spacious one bedroom with a king size bed that accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. The online pics don’t do justice, a really nice place and it is equipped with the necessities, I have to mention the bonus ac unit for the hot summer nights.
The owner Jennifer was cordial and easy to communicate with. She makes sure you are content with your stay and responds to any requests promptly. We would definitely stay in any of her rentals next year!

The most perfect place to stay
We loved this condo. It was in the most perfectly quiet, peaceful and beautiful location just under Tenney Mountain. This is in a perfect location very near awesome hiking, biking, and swimming. Her place was incredibly new and clean and had everything we needed and more. The king size bed was so comfortable, the washer and dryer were so convenient to have and the kitchen was perfect for our meals.
The owner was incredibly patient, kind, and responded quickly to our questions. We fell in love with Plymouth and it had a lot to do with this awesome condo. Everything was Just so perfect and we will be booking this place again and again! The owner thought of literally everything !

Met My Needs Perfectly
While I'm not your typical traveler (there on business vs vacation). The unit exceeded my expectations. Quiet, Comfortable with a very responsive owner - no issues.
Highlights
(1) Roomy Master Suite on upper level with comfortable king sized bed replete with master bath and large closet.
(2) Mini split Heat Pump (Air conditioner) that kept the interior very comfortable (caution some places do not have AC in this area)
(3) Quiet - the end unit of a 6 plex building - hardly heard any exterior noise from neighbors, etc.
(4) Great water pressure (shower).
(5) Great Wifi - Cell coverage in this area can be iffy so having the access to solid wifi to enable wifi calling was a huge benefit (Plus we are all addicted to our cells these days and this unit helps you not to miss this aspect of our lives).
Additional nice features - Two large screen TV's (modern), clothes washer, dishwasher, modern refrigerator, microwave, etc. - were simply icing on the cake.
Pictures on VRBO accurately reflect the unit and interior furnishings. Would rent from this owner again - great experience.

This place was amazing, it was very clean, keeping in contact with Jen was very easy and she was very helpful with any issues I had. It is located in a great place and there’s so much to do.
