Situated in Kissimmee, this lovely house for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all furnished and decorated to your comfort and unforgettable vacation in Florida, the Sunshine State. The decoration is inspired in different places all around the world to add to your vacation some fun and relaxing time. Accommodations include one king sized master with a crib and changing table, two queen sized beds, one children bedroom with a bunk bed where may sleep up three, completely decorated with under the sea theme, what makes parents life much easier at bed time. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable television. There is a blu-ray and more than 70 movies available in the living room as well the DVR to record all the shows you do not want to miss while you are having fun all day along. To those who like a good reading, there are many books in English, Spanish and Portuguese in the house. The kitchen has been equipped with all the conveniences for easy meal or fine dining preparation for those who choose to cook rather than visit the many restaurants located just minutes away. The kitchen offers a blender, coffee maker, sandwich and waffles maker, mixer, toaster and much more what makes easier the preparation of special meals. To families which are traveling with babies, we know how hard it is to carry everything they need! So, to make traveling easier, the house offers as courtesy to use while you are staying there: a crib, a changing table, a diaper disposal garbage, a high chair, a boost seat and a stroller that can be taken to the parks as well. In the kitchen you will find baby plates and spoons. All the 3 bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers. The garage is a game room with a billiard table, tennis table, foosball table and many other games as basket ball and soccer goal to the little ones. You may also do your laundry while you are playing with your family! Inside the house you will find a closet full of table games for all ages. There is no staircase in the house what makes vacation easier to people with some special needs. Only the regular size door steps in the entrances but there are ramps available in the garage for guests with mobility limitations. To heat the pool / spa, it is necessary make arrangements and pay the extra fees. Crystal Cove community is a gated area, with a beautiful lake where you can watch the sunset with you loved ones. It also offers guests a large clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, a fitness center, communal kitchen and games room. There are many things to do in the area such as visit the theme parks, enjoy the dining opportunities, go shopping, spend an afternoon golfing or drive to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Crystal Cove guests will enjoy its close proximity to Lake Toho, dining, shopping and entertainment. Super clean, very responsive and kind host, comfortable beds, private pool, game room, only 15-25 mins away from Disney parks with lots of nearby businesses (restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, etc) Highly recommend!

Very nice house with lots of room and things to do. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The spent a lot of time swimming. The game room in the gate was nice to. Easy drive to lots of food places and all the local attractions.

Traveling with a baby is hard, but this home provides such a high level of accommodations to lessen the burden. Kenia’s home was perfect for our family vacation with the pups. The home was clean and had all the essential items for the baby. The hot tub, game room, and board games were perfect for entertainment after the baby went to bed. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Everything was spot on..This place will have you spoiled, we have stayed in alot of house and NOTHING even comes close to this place. Wish more Host were as wonderful as this one. House is so clean and organized, beds are so comfortable and well stocked with little things most dont think to pack. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, you can now stop because you've found it. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed here with our family during our wedding weekend! It was absolutely perfect! There was enough space for all 9 of us and our dogs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beds were comfy, and the pool was great! Kenia was great a communicating with me from the day I booked it until the day we checked out! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This home has more than everything you need to enjoy the Orlando area. We have never been in a VRBO that has a fully functional kitchen. It not just the appliances, but every utensil you want or need. The pool area is a bit small for groups larger that 4-6 and we made the most of the space. The neighborhood is a nice walking community and the clubhouse has a decent gym. The owner is extremely attentive to our questions and helped made our stay very enjoyable. Our 15 month grandchild had all the accommodations and the strollers were very helpful. A+++

It was so easy getting to the Disney & Universal Parks . Because of the amount of walking, shows, rides and other activities I highly recommend a day in the middle of your vacation to relax and enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, board games , and game room. It made such a huge difference ! Walmart and restaurants are located really close to the house. We chose to barbecue,& cook

We stayed for 4 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the house. It was the perfect location for getting to Disney and other spots in the area. We were able to relax after beating crowds and traffic. The pool was a lot of fun for all of us and we enjoying having a grill to use. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This Villa is in a great location for getting to the parks. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, we paid for pool heating and the pool was a perfect temperature. Kenia is a great host, really clear instructions and very prompt in responding to any questions. Villa has everything you need, she’s thought of everything! Thank you so much for a perfect villa for our special family holiday.

What a lovely host and home! This listing was exactly what I expected from the descriptions and pictures. Kenia is a wonderful host who has thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. From utensils, to cookware, cleaning supplies etc... everything has been well thought out and provided. Check in was easy and the detailed instructions allowed for a seamless experience. The beds/linens were very good quality and extremely comfortable. As was most of the furniture. Thank you Kenia for your hospitality! I highly recommend!

This house was well equipped. The kitchen was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed at Crystal Cove for a conference at the Gaylord Center and it was very convenient. While walking our dog around he neighborhood, we met several neighbors, who were very nice.

My parents, son, dog and I had a wonderful stay. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. We were only 20 minutes away from Disney and even closer to all the stores.
