Great views. Easy to communicate with host. Easy to access local restaurants and amenities. The building and condo are dated. The decor and layout didn't work for us and seemed way overpriced for the experience. On the positive, it is possible to see the ocean from the Primary bedroom. Yet, the bathroom is tiny. There was very limited hanging and storage area in the primary closet space for guests. The secondary bathroom was reasonable, but the bedroom had a lot of noise exposure. We had to purchase rental insurance which upped the price significantly - surprise add on at the check out.

Look no further…..Nice clean condo with not only ocean view but an amazing sunrise view from a large balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Walking distance to everything you might need.

Condo was very cleaned and nicely decorated LOVED the kitchen. Left the doors open the entire time to listen to the waves! Coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean walkers was the best. Can’t say enough about the location!!!

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay in this convenient location! We loved the overall decor, easy to use tv, provided beach towels and toys, kids and adult games and puzzles, and how clean the condo was. Would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful time for a week in June 2023. Our son attends UNF and we decided to rent a unit in Jax Beach so we could spend some time with him. The unit was super clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need, just pack your clothes and buy groceries at the nearby Publix! Beach access is easy and we had no problem parking extra cars. The beach has soft sand and we did find a few sharks teeth during low tide. We walked to the Refinery restaurant which was good with an ocean view and also to Salt Life restaurant which was very good. We were able to walk to two awesome spots for treats: Pelican's SnoBalls and Cookies and Cream. Definitely look these up and check them out. There is a lovely cat cafe nearby that we went to twice called The Caffeinated Cat and a big cat rescue about 40 minutes north called The Catty Shack. Definitely worth the drive. Our host, Colleen, was very responsive and thought of many nice touches to make her condo feel "like home". So much so that we didn't want to leave. We will definitely return if we decide to stay in Jax Beach again.

Absolutely beautiful Vrbo with even more beautiful views. I highly recommend this Vrbo and location. Tons of fantastic restaurants and cute shops around. I felt this was just a perfect hidden gem.

This host was so accommodating! We had a flight cancellation & the host was nice enough to give us a credit for the night we got cancelled…we knew they did have to do that but it definitely helped make our Christmas a little brighter!! You also can’t eat the view!!!

We absolutely loved the decor of the condo. It was located in a beautiful area with a breathtaking view of the beach. Easy access to the beach. Colleen is amazing. I left behind my makeup bag and she went back and found it and shipped it to me the same day we returned home. We have already booked our stay for next year and I can't wait.
