The apartment was very clean, the views were excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well. Free parking was a huge bonus, especially in this area. The parking space is a little tight, but it's manageable if you're patient. It's also conveniently located close to restaurants and local attractions.
Very little, to be honest. If I had to pick something, the parking is a bit snug, but it's completely manageable with a little patience and well worth it for the convenience of having free parking.

Zuerst fiel uns die gute Kommunikation mit Giovanni über WhatsApp auf. Auch nach dem Check-out, als wir vergessen hatten, die zusätzliche Touristengebühr in der Wohnung zu hinterlassen, hat er total nett reagiert und wir konnten das dann schnell überweisen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön, vor Allem die Küchenzeile und die Dusche machen einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. (Die Dusche hat noch ein paar sehr angenehme Features.)Die Terrasse ist eigentlich schön groß, aber durch die Hitze haben wir nicht viel davon gehabt. Uns wurden ausgesprochen viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich sehr positiv fand, auch Shampoo und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Es war schön, dass in der ganzen Wohnung aussen vor den Fenstern Rollläden waren. Das hielt die Hitze wenigstens etwas ab. Außerdem haben wir in dem Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr gut geschlafen. Schöne Lage: mit dem Auto kommt man gut nach Siena und in die vielen schönen, kleinen, toskanischen Dörfer wie Cortona, Montepulciano, etc..
Nur als kleiner Tipp: Ein Haken in der Küche oder weitere im Bad für Handtücher wären noch besser.
Auf der Terrasse fehlt eindeutig eine Markise oder wenigstens ein Sonnenschirm. Wir hatten durchgehend deutlich über 35 Grad und die Terrasse hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir hätten uns gefreut, sie mehr nutzen zu können.
