Decent hotel to spend a few days at while exploring kottayam town.

Ease of access to town and availability of food for room service and dine in.

Fridge was not provided for room as stated in advertisement.

Great and comfortable stay except for there being no Hot water from the shower.

Breakfast was good but the variety of dishes day after day is almost the same. The room was spacious but there was no hot water coming from the shower. Marc Anthony Bar and Restaurant just opened when I was there. Great place to chill with friends or just alone. Reasonable prices too and the food was excellent. I recommend the Kerala Fish curry and Parotta. Hot and sour chicken soup was great too. Excellent Chef !!

No HOT water from the shower. When the power cuts off the AC has to be manually put on again. This happened a few times at night.Some of the clean towels had many stains on them and were worn out with threads hanging out.

Facilities are good but staff needs basic training on hospitality and how to be curteous to visitior

I only liked for its location. It was close to a bus stand from where I had to catch a bus the next day to a certain destination If you are fan of black cranes, and get a room with a back view, then you will get to see many flying from morning to night

Staff was not helpful with many basic inquiries Staff promised to check on various facts like one-day packages, cabs, but never got back Room service and Reception kept tossing and asked to call the other party for assistance, rather than doing what I asked Did not get any help from any bell boy while checking in or checking out

1 Night stay At Ceasars Palace

Rooms are quite big. Located in a good place. Lot of parking space. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Elevator was broken to the basement parking. Wish it was sorted.

Great Choice for Kottayam

The receptionists are exceptional! Organized an entire taxi journey at a very good price for us.. Furthermore the rooms are excellent and the breakfast was very good, too.

The mattress in our first room had a few spots. We got a new room right away upon request with no further question asked - very professional.

Not so great experience

Room

Did not serve breakfast even till 8.45 am even though it was promised at 7.30 am during check in. We had to check out without having breakfast.
