The interior of the room and arrangment
Lot of disturbances of pulling the things, dragging the things from downstairs, may be the winding up of the cafeteria and arranging for the next day. As your cafeteria time is upto 10.30 or 11.00 pm and this disturbances goes till 12 pm or beyond that time. This I have noticed in all the hotels I stayed...The staff can handle things in soft way. Pl. see how you can avoid this. This is the reason I preferred higher floor.. but .... The various tourist places pamphlet can be given to the guests the day they enter the hotel..

Nice hotel enjoyed the short stay
location, nice new rooms, check-in was really good and the manger we met at reception was very cheerful. food was good,
the main restaurant do not serve liquor , even for families so I had to take my parents to the resto-bar. but it's not a place for family. The food was good but the service was slow and they didn't seem to care. even after complaining the manager seems not bothered

Great place to stay in Kottayam
location was central, a little hard to find (wrong location on google maps) and people nearby did not know about the hotel, maybe because it is set back from the Main Street.
Hotel grounds are pretty limited, the hotel itself is nice and new. The restaurant was good. The breakfast was limited to people who had pre-reserved, should have some a-la carte items available.

Did not opt for Breakfast. overall hospitality was good. Recommendted for a short stay
The only problem is food for vegeterians, no much options available. Staff was ready to help but the restricted because of choices.

Good
The hotel is close to the railway station and the boat jetty. The rooms are clean and include various amenities (charged separately). The restaurant food is reasonably priced.
The room was a bit stuffy. The staff did not respond to our requests for a room freshener.
