Hemos quedado muy desencantados y decepcionados. Y creo que la gente debería de conocer esto.
Sinceramente, al llegar allí y ver el alojamiento y sobre todo su ubicación, nos quedamos mi familia y yo MUY DESENCANTADOS, y nos decepcionó tanto, que tuvimos que tomar la decisión de marcharnos de allí, y buscar otro alojamiento. Y por eso les pedimos aquel día a ustedes y también se lo pedimos a la propietaria, que por favor nos devolvieran la parte proporcional de lo que al final no pudimos disfrutar, después de haberos pagado mucho dinero, y quizás mucho más de lo que realmente aquello merecía. Y todavía me mantengo firme en la petición que os hice, de que nos delvolváis por favor lo que sea justo para este caso y esta situación, que tan desagradable fué para nosotros. Por tanto quería volver a haceros de nuevo la misma solicitud, que aún estoy esperando su respuesta. Por otra parte, nosotros aún no hemos puesto ningún tipo de reclamación, ni pensamos hacerlo, así como tampoco hemos puesto ningún tipo de reseña, ni ningún tipo de comentarios en las Redes a cerca de este alojamiento (a pesar de que ganas no nos faltan de hacerlo), ya que confiamos en que Booking (o bien la entidad que preceda) tenga a bien nuestra petición, y decida abonarnos al menos una parte, que consideremos todos que sea justa, para llegar a compensar "el daño moral" que esta situación nos ha ocasionado, en un momento tan señalado y esperado por mi y mi familia como son NUESTRAS VACACIONES DEL AÑO. Por tanto quedo a la espera de vuestra respuesta, que deseamos sea lo antes posible, y por supuesto que sea con una respuesta positiva hacia nosotros.
