Only stayed for a long weekend but the property was exceptional. Clean and well appointed. Plenty on room for adults and children. One caveat - there are three levels and a number of stairs and the property is at high altitude. Probably not a good idea for the elderly or those with respiratory issues. That aside it was the perfect place for our family.

Had a great cozy stay, very convenient to Diamond Peak skiing and family had a great time skiing since the crowds were very less. Home heats efficiently and very well and amenities were just as listed. Instructions for checkin and check out were easy. Definitely recommend a stay and hopefully be back ourselves next ski season!

Nice place to stay but few changes could be made. Could not get in front door frequently and had to contact the host to get in as keypad was not operating properly. Might have been better to have a key. The host guide book is outdated especially checkout process compared to checkout process from Evolve. The showerhead assembly on main floor needs to be tightened as water was squirting out the side and on the floor plus need the soap wash in the shower needing replacement. We had a great time though and Lake Tahoe is certainly beautiful.
