Splendido appartamento arredato deliziosamente in stile country/vintage immerso nel verde e dotato di tutti i confort, pulitissimo.
La signora Mina simpaticissima e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare un graditissimo omaggio di benvenuto con biglietto augurale
La cagnolina Olivia dolcissima e affettuosa

The Appartment is a home dork home with lots of homely furniture. Mina left lots of extras in the fridge and cupboard ie some pasta and tinned tomatoes/ some packaged croissants and jams etc. We brought our own foods so didn’t use any but it was lovely as an option. There was also lots of soaps / shampoos etc available. Mina was lovely and advised us re parking to go to Florence ( Guidoni T 2 parking is 18 min drive from Mina’s and the T2 metro goes straight from there to historic centre/ atelier d accademia ( San marco University stop - last stop) so location convenient for Florence sight seeing

NB Mina charges for airco or heating 10euros per night extra on top of booked price
NB appartement is on first and second floor of the building with mina Livingston the ground floor appartement. The patio is in front on Mina’s large windows and her lovely but very yappie dogs bark constantly if people are there/ moving about so it’s not really usable for guests.
NB the description states double room, twin room and sofabed in kitchen diner but Mina doesn’t like anyone using this so she made a small fold out bed in the twin room- small and uncomfortable so not suitable for adult.
