Very friendly staff, very well connected to the MTR and can be reached by bus directly from the airport, not loud inside the room even though it is in a busy area, very safe, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and convenience stores in the area and within walking distance from the water & Avenue of Stars for a great view
Would be nice if there were an actual kitchen and not just a small fridge and water kettle. Bathrooms could be a tiny bit cleaner.

The private room was without windows. The place is very old. The images are probably from long time ago.
