A spacious set up with good living accommodation. The house is a bit tired and could do with some upgrades especially in the separate room outside. The pool was great as was the outdoor area the hosts were very helpful when issues arose.

First of all, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and beautiful as listed on the website. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Even though we made alot of noise it was contained in the house. Please be aware you need a car to move around. There is a cafeteria very close by. Absolutely divine. We checked in and out very late due to flights delays and the landlords were very nice to let us stay. Thanks Mr & Mrs Maufre.

Un superbe séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours en août 2021 dans la villa Maeva et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très bien équipée (tout y est, du linge de maison à la trousse de secours!). L’extérieur correspond tout à fait à la description de l’annonce. Tout est clôturé, la piscine est magnifique et sécurisée (la température de l’eau aurait mérité quelques degrés de plus tout de même). Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme malgré la proximité des voisins (il y’a tellement de végétations qu’on se sent presque seul). Bref, petits et grands ont passé de très bonnes vacances à la villa Maeva. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants!

Excellentes vacances
La Villa Maeva propose des prestations haut de gamme et surtout des détails qui font la différence. Le charme provençal reste intact, la décoration y contribue beaucoup. Tous les accessoires sont fonctionnels, l'emplacement, la possibilité d'héberger un couple à part sont des véritables atouts.
Mme et M Maufre sont très disponibles et proposent des conseils avisés pour les touristes.
Une seule envie pour résumer, y retourner !

Une superbe villa
Nous sommes parti entre famille et amis 5 adultes et 6 enfants de bas âges et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La villa est magnifique avec un espace extérieur sécurisé les enfants ont pu profité et nous également. La villa est bien situé pas trop loin de la mer et dans un quartier très calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponible si il y a besoin. Nous recommandons cette villa et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner

Excellent séjour en famille
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans la villa Maeva, en juillet 2020. Mon mari et moi même avons loué la villa (nous avons 3 enfants, 11, 10 et 2 ans) et nous avons reçu successivement la visite de mes beaux-parents, de ma soeur et de ma belle-soeur accompagnées de leurs familles respectives (enfants entre 7 et 12 ans).
Premières impressions à l'arrivée: grande propreté, villa extrêmement bien entretenue (l'extérieur vient d'être rénové). La villa est parfaite pour un séjour en famille, avec de nombreuses activités pour les enfants (babyfoot, ping pong, jeux de société...) et la grande piscine sécurisée. Son agencement en terme de chambres était parfait pour nous: nous avons pris avec mon mari la suite parentale du RDC, les enfants étaient à l'étage dans 2 chambres avec Sdb et WC, et nos visiteurs (beaux parents, ma soeur et son mari, ma belle-soeur) dans le studio extérieur. La cuisine intérieure est très bien équipée. La villa est agréable même en cas de forte chaleur, étant climatisée et le jardin offrant de la fraîcheur avec de l'ombre. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont également en partie à l'ombre le matin et en fin d'après-midi. La piscine étant légèrement chauffée, la température y est vraiment idéale, y compris avec un enfant en bas âge. Les propriétaires sont restés facilement joignables et très réactifs quand nous avions une question ou un problème à résoudre. La piscine est nettoyée chaque semaine. Enfin, la localisation de la villa est idéale: située sur un chemin dans un coin calme, mais à proximité des commerces (grand Leclerc et Polygone Riviera à 5 min en voiture) avec de jolis visites à moins de 10/15 min (Vence, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes-sur-Loup).
Bref, un séjour parfait en tous points! Nous reviendrons certainement à la villa Maeva.

The local bakery just a short walk away sold delicious bread and croissants. We would return to this property again.

Beautiful villa and so well situated!
This villa offers you everything for your vacation! Nice rooms, good beds, tables + chairs both indoors and outdoors + pool. And when you want to explore the neighborhood, it is just 3 km to Vence, about 5 km to St-Paul-de-Vence and 20 km to Nizza. You are in the middle of beauty, history and good food!

The house is large, airy and spacious. The pool is fantastic.
The house is a short drive to the center of Vence as well as Cagnes-sur-mer. There are also some wonderful medieval towns nearby including St Paul de Vence, Tourrettes Sur Loup and the old part of Vence itself.
There is a full outdoor kitchen where we ate most of our meals. There is also a very pretty sun room if the weather gets a little cooler. The owners were helpful and very pleasant. I can fully recommend the house.

The house is large, airy and spacious. The pool is fantastic.

One week of great vacation in a beautiful countryside home. We as 9 German friends enjoyed a wonderful week at your home. Hanging around the great pool with a drink in our hands - and we felt like movie stars. The spacy two-floor house plus facilities for playing table tennis and table soccer invited for full enjoyment and relaxation. Supermarkets are just a 5-minutes drive away. All in all, we had a great vacation time over there. Any time going again for holiday in the Côte d’Azur region, your home might be a favorite for us to be.

We enjoyed a one week stay at Villa Maeva in August. We were 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed the villa very much. It is spacious, clean, and most importantly, maintained by caring owners (we really noticed this in the small details, like children's bathrobes in the closets in the children's rooms). The outdoor area is very large, and completely fenced from the road and neighbours. Additionally, the pool itself is fenced to prevent children from going in without an adult. In the gardens there is a ping-pong table, fuss ball table, and children's swing set, a bbq area, an adult's swing, and best of all; an outdoor kitchen, eating area, sitting area, and a separate gazebo. The interior of the Villa was also very nice (satellite tv, wifi, every amenity), but we spent all our time outside in the amazing garden and outdoor spaces.One interesting feature is that one of the master bedrooms is actually a separate suite with ensuite washroom. This suite is next to the Villa, separated by only a few meters, but it is completely separate. This can be an added advantage if there are larger families requiring some added privacy.The Villa is very well situated. Our drive from Nice airport was 20 mins at most. We were able to do daily trips to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Eze, Tourettes sur Loup, Gourdon, and others, not to mention beautiful St. Paul de Vence, and Vence (the nearest village with grocery stores and restaurants, and also a beautiful old town). We highly recommend this villa. It is clean, spacious, has every amenity, and is a short drive (or train) to many of the most beautiful places in the Riviera.

Easy access and secluded place. Good restaurants with children menu 10 min by car. Many different entertaiment for kids, so they can play together or separately if they wish so."

"We had a wonderful holiday in Maryse and Jean-Marc's house: The property is just as stunning as the pictures show it. Maryse and Jean-Marc are not only very friendly but extremely professional in the way they manage this property: great attention to details, customer focus, quality equipment (sun longers, TV, remote controlled air conditioning in every room...) and impeccable cleanliness (the cleaner and gardeners come every week, irrespective of whether you stay for one week or more). The pool was made very safe with a beautifully crafted barrier. Our favorite features were the outdoor kitchen (fully equiped, just like the one inside), the pool and the petanque ground! You can't go wrong with this place!"
