WiFi was not reliable. Signal dropped out several times a day.
Bathroom: basin taps were totally the wrong choice for the style of basins installed. very awkward to use.
Hot water pressure was weak.

Phantastic building, beautiful! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got an room upgrade. Large room and very quiet. Very comfortable beds.
Very tasteful and fresh breakfast.
Perfect location for hiking and visiting mountain villages, museums and coast places alike.
LIghting in the bedroom could be more cosy.

Everything about this Hotel is "over the top"!!! The young couple that own and run the Hotel have thought of everything to make it exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the experience was wonderful. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels around the world and this is right up there with the best!!! Their sense of design and thoughfulness of details is superb. And don't forget to have the breakfast, unbelieveable!!!
