About this house rental
Nestled in Charlotte, this attractive house for $139 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: ** Parties and events are not allowed at this property ** ** No loud activity allowed past 9pm at this property ** A wonderful home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Bank of America stadium in 8 minutes, 3rd Ward Park in 3 minutes, and Frazier Park in less than 60 seconds. The Space: The neighborhood also has a lively downtown area with many popular bars & restaurants as well. A completely private in-law suite is also available if more space is needed (view my other Airbnb listings). This is a wonderful home located in Wesley Heights - one of Charlotte's great historic neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is also fully fenced in, has a lovely stone fire pit (wood provided!), and a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. The home has 3 bedrooms, but the large master bedroom actually has 2 beds. So there are 4 queen-sized beds in the home to easily accommodate 8 people. There is also a spare floor mattress that can be used for large groups. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the home. The bathrooms are fully updated and remodeled. The full master bathroom is very large with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other Airbnb listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable and only 4 people can sit at a time in the there. Beds were very comfortable place was very clean.

We were in town for a wedding in downtown Charlotte. This house was conveniently located and we could have walked had we not been in gowns and heels! The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we had no issues gaining entrance to the home. Jason communicated with us in a timely manner from the pre-stay through the end. The only thing we felt lacking was the lack of televisions. There is only one tv. I think that should be prominent in the description. We are a sports tv family and it was football season!! That being said would rent again. Maybe just not during football season. 😀

Lovely and comfortable home close to downtown. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and our host, Jason, did a wonderful job in communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable; loved the walk-in shower. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

We stayed here for the USC/UNC opening game at BOA stadium! The location was perfect! We walked to restaurants & the game. The neighborhood was great & everyone was friendly. The home is beautiful & very comfortable! We will be back!

We cooked and watched movies and truly enjoyed the beautiful house. Spent an early morning on the front porch and enjoying the nearby green belt. The only minor issue was that we could not really enjoy the back deck because of the nearby freeway noise but the front porch was quieter and very comfortable. Overall would LOVE to stay at the home again. Thank you!!

The house was cute and clean and the location was perfect. I requested information on the apartment below as it was mentioned in the description, the owner never responded. The apartment below had been rented and they were very loud and loud well beyond “quiet time”. Had we not able to hear them…….5 stars all around!

We rented this house for a week during Christmas for 5 adults. Nice kitchen with lots of amenities, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, plenty of room for us to hang out. Great location, nice neighborhood,. Nice deck and grill. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place: well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious but if you or others are light sleepers know this home is below the I-77 expressway. Deep sleepers won’t have a problem but others may even with the windows closed.

The stay was wonderful! My family and I enjoyed this spacious home. The check-in and out process was very easy. The host was very nice and responded quickly for any needs. It was very clean and organized. It was near uptown, so it was close to everything, such as restaurants and stores. When we come back to visit Charlotte, we'll definitely stay here again!

Our family loved this place. Clean, comfortable and well-stocked with towels and coffee. The location is awesome, too, just a minute or two drive from downtown (it’d be walkable if you’re so inclined, too).

Be careful when renting property.
The house was great and we were excited until we realize someone was staying in the basement. I knew there was a Mother-In-Law suite but I didn't know people would be renting it when we were there. That was not explained in the property information I received. I thought the Mother-In-Law suite for us if we needed extra space.

The property was as beautiful in person as the pictures listed. The check in process was seemless. Community with Jason was excellent, he gets back to you right away. I would definitely stay here every time I'm in Charlotte.

Loved the house was so spacious and open, and park was steps away! Downfall was nothing for the children not even a box of crayons, also toaster was broken. Bad part was we were barbecuing for our son and new bride spent alot of money for food and the outdoor barbecue disintegrated with the food on it. We gave it a four because he took care of our needs but it cost us alot if mo ey on food we could not eat 😡
