Situated in La Jolla, this lovely house for $766 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our beautiful home has 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8. Built in 2004, it has 10 ft ceilings, french doors, balconies, 3 fire places, arched hallways, free wifi, and several TVs+DVD players. The spacious outdoor courtyard with built- in BBQ, ping pong table, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and in-ground Jacuzzi provides the opportunity for family entertainment or quiet relaxation. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected immediately after each Check Out. The primary bedroom suite has a luxurious King bed, fireplace, TV, and a balcony with seating area. The Bathroom has a full size tub, double shower, and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom, as well as a large, sunny wrap-around balcony with seating area. The 4th bedroom is a detached Cabana with a queen bed, private bath, A/C, TV+DVD player. The gourmet kitchen area features a Wolf range and double ovens, Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, granite counter tops and designer cabinets. The adjoining family room has a sectional couch, fireplace and TV+DVD player. The dining room seats up to 8, and shares a fireplace with the adjacent living room. Convenient parking is provided in the attached 2 car garage.

It's one of the best vacation rentals! A few of the highlights of the house: location at Windandsea Beach, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, well stocked (Kleenex are so rare with rentals these days). This is our second stay at the house. Our family had a wonderful time! Thank you Julia for your communication and making our stay easy and comfortable!

The house was better than expected and was exactly what we needed for our family of 8. We were in La Jolla for a wedding and the location was ideal. There home was well appointed and supplied with what we needed. We didn’t need the bikes or beach gear that were provided, but they were there and ready to. I would say that it had the best kitchen of any vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you and we will look forward to staying there again!

Gorgeous home in a convenient location. An easy walk to the beach. Stocked with everything you need, including paper products, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry supplies. Quality bedding. So much space for a family to spread out! Best-cleaned property I’ve ever rented. Julia was a pleasure to work with.

We had the best vacation in La Jolla at Julia' s house. The location is perfect to walk to Windansea beach in a few minutes and in September the beach is empty. The house had everything we needed for cooking inside with the double ovens or outside with the gas BBQ. The kitchen/tv room was a great place to hang out. We slept great in the spacious master bedroom too. Having a garage in the area is a huge plus. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. A perfect set up for a get away with our young adults. Plenty of space for everyone to work, hang out, play ping pong, cook, play games, walk to the beach and see the amazing sunsets, etc. Communication with the owner was very prompt. This property is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Well maintained with many extras and high end features. The kids loved the ping pong table, adults and older kids liked the hot tub.Very comfortable. It’s a short walk to beautiful Wind and Sea Beach! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Julia was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay in La Jolla. The location allowed our multigenerational family to relax and spend time together for our daughter’s college graduation. It was nice at night to sit outside in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience in La Jolla at this VRBO. They had everything we could have possibly needed, the house was a perfect layout for our family, and it was walking distance to the beach. It is also a 4-5 minute drive from everything La Jolla has to offer. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful La Jolla home! We traveled to SD for our daughters college graduation. The home was close to the beach and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The space was super comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and the courtyard with pingpong. Julia was in contact before and during our stay and was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

No detail is left unnoticed in this rental! The kitchen was very well stocked and super organized. Everything was in excellent condition. Julia was very responsive and great to work with. The whole family loved the ping pong table, too!

We arrived from the frozen tundra of Minnesota, to soak up some rays in sunny La Jolla! We walked in the door, and wow, it is amazing soon our frozen hearts began to sing! It is perfect, from the front courtyards to the side courtyard! A short walk one way and you’re staring at the ocean, a short walk the other way and you can be eating oysters! Julia is the best, any questions are quickly addressed! My advice on this rental is BOOK IT, if you miss out, you will regret it! Thank you, Julia for sharing this beautiful house. We had a fabulous time here!

This is a great property in a perfect location--the ocean is at the end of the block and it is easy to get to the highway and other sights from here. Quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance too. We really enjoyed our stay and the 2-car parking garage was a big help since on-street parking is scarce. A great house for a group. And we all appreciated the Christmas tree!

We had a fantastic time! This house is lovely, just like the pictures, and everything you need is there. The beach is just spectacular and such a short walk from the house. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery nearby, plus a very short trip to Birch Aquarium and La Jolla cove. Easy to get to downtown San Diego/airport as well. One thing I need to point out that the pictures don't do justice to is the tub in the master bath. It is huge, significantly bigger than your average soaking tub. Super luxurious! We did have an issue with the dishwasher while we were there. Julia was very responsive, and you'll be in good hands staying in this house!

I booked Julia’s beautiful house for a long weekend stay. My family traveled across the country for my niece’s wedding, and this house exceeded all expectations! My octogenarian mother in-law felt like a queen in the master bedroom suite - she loved the fireplace. My grown sons appreciated the opportunity to spread out and enjoy the house and the neighborhood. We would not hesitate to recommend Julia and her fabulous La Jolla home.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was comfortable, immaculate, and welcoming. The location is very close to the beach. It was so nice to walk every morning. Private parking behind the house was convenient on busy beach weekends. Close to the city, but far enough away to feel small town. My family had a wonderful vacation.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. This was the perfect home for our family to gather comfortably. Also, the location is PERFECT - we walked to the beach and to the village of LaJolla several times. This unit has bikes, a volleyball set, beach chairs, boogie boards etc for renter’s use. We didn’t have any babies with us, but there is a high chair, pack ‘n play, sippy cups, baby spoons etc for use. Great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again. Julie is very nice and accommodating.
