Chairs are upright and do not lay down. • 60" wall mounted TV in living room, 43" wall mounted TV in bedroom • Screened porch • Beautiful 57 acre resort • Onsite Four Seasons restaurant • Beach bar and grill (seasonal) • Close to golf and restaurants (small putting green & tennis center inside resort) • Electronic lock with unique access code for each guest • Cleaning supplies available if desired during your stay This first floor 1 bedroom, 700 sf, 1.5 bathroom Lodge Villa is located in Lodge IV at beautiful Ocean Creek Resort. I have found Lodge IV to be the most peaceful lodge in Ocean Creek since Lodge IV is not situated beside any other condos. The resort has 24/7 gated security and is nicely landscaped. This approximately 700 sf unit includes a queen size bed, all new furniture and appliances in 2021. The Living Room has a new 60" LCD television installed in June 2020. The bedroom includes a 43” HDR 4K Roku wall mounted TV. The view from the screened porch includes a pool view along with trees that are located throughout this 57 acre resort. The screened porch is an excellent place to soak in the evening sunshine. The beach is a short walk via the concrete walkways (approximately five to seven minute walk). A tram runs throughout the resort during beach season for those who would rather ride to the beach. The resort includes multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, small putting green, very small fitness center, Four Seasons restaurant and a Beach bar and grill. I will provide renters with combination to my beach locker which includes beach chairs and an umbrella. Myrtle Beach is known for its many golf courses, shopping and restaurants and Ocean Creek is close to it all. The owner/family personally cleans and maintains this unit ensuring guest of having a clean condo for their vacation. Weekly rentals available all year. This unit is perfect for couples. MAX OCCUPANCY IS TWO GUEST, no exceptions. The great thing about VRBO/HomeAway is you can see the actual property you will be staying in rather than not knowing what your property will look like until check-in. For bookings of 90 days or longer, no tax will be due. I will have to adjust this manually to remove the taxes from your booking. If requesting to book, please confirm you have read the rental terms, a little about yourself, and that no more than two people will be staying in the condo.

My husband and I just returned from our trip and we loved it! The condo was extremely clean and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. We were not sure what to expect due to Covid but the beaches were still open and there was plenty of space for everyone to keep a safe distance. Mr. Smiths condo was perfect. We did not want for a thing. Very clean with a great kitchen and just the right size for us. Pool was right outside and we had a short walk to the beach. If walking is not your thing the property has golf carts to take you to the beach and will take you back when you are ready. Eateries are many and close by. We had a very relaxing and fun time. Recommend it highly.

WE STAYED DEC 17 TILL APRIL 4th 18 CHARLES SMITH WAS RESPONSIVE WHENEVER I CONTACTED HIM. THE CONDO WAS NOT THE USUAL 2 BEDROOM THAT WE USUALLY RENTED , HOWEVER WE ADJUSTED. THE UNIT WAS NEAT CLEAN AND WELL SUPPLIES WITH LINENS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES AS WELL AS A CASE OF WATER. THE UNIT COULD USE A TWO COMFORTABLE CHAIRS FOR TV WATCHING. THE COUCH WAS OK BUT NOT TOO COMFORTABLE. REMEMBER WE STAYED 3 + MONTHS NOT A WEEK OR WEEK END. WE LIVED THERE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND BOOKED FOR NEXT WINTER.

I have been going to Myrtle for over 12 years, and I can say this was the best experience of any condo I have ever rented! Clean, modern, well stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of! Great communication with owner! The only disappointing thing was the week went by too quick and it was time to go. I will definitely be returning soon. Great host and property. Condo was clean and close to the pool. Beach is a short walk or you can take the free tram. Charles has provided everything you needed. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries. Literally can walk to Barefoot landing as well as Cracker Barrel. Charles has beach chairs and umbrellas located in a private locker at the beach. plenty if room for my wife and I. Ocean Creek is a great central location as it is minutes from Tanger outlets and about 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. You will not be disappointed in this condo. its location, and all of the ammenties Charles offers.

Spent the winter months at this condo.....We felt very comfortable and at home . The "park like" property made us feel like we were in a neighborhood.... NOT a complex with housing! The best part was the owner.... Always willing to help!!! We need more people like him to make the world a better place!

My wife and I spend the month of Oct,in Charles condo at Ocean Creek Resort.The first thing you notice on arrival is how clean the unit is, and the pride he must take in his place.My wife was impressed with the assortment of cleaning supplies and vacuums available. Everything required for your stay was available.Shortly after our arrival, we were evacuated because of the hurricane. Charles kept us informed of the situation and we were able to return and continue to enjoy ourselves.The location is handy to everything ,shopping entertainment and the beach of course.Only a few minutes walk to miles of sand.We highly recommend this to everyone and will definitely return should we come to Myrtle again.

My wife and I are former landlords of beach property along southern New Jersey. We know how hard it is to maintain a rental property with weekly renters. Charles certainly takes pride in his property and we were very pleased with his condo. The beach locker was great not having to bring chairs and an umbrella back and forth to the beach. We were so pleased with the condo that we just signed a lease for two weeks in 2017. Again, thank you Charles
