Quiet relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Bay St Louis Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 and half bath custom beachfront home. Large porch Beach is steps away. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shops!! This spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is 1600 living sq feet with a private 16'x16' covered porch overlooking the beautiful beaches of Bay St Louis. Open living room and kitchen floor plan with wood shiplap walls. First floor consist of the living, kitchen, dining, utility room, half bath and master bedroom/bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Master bathroom has a large tile shower and custom furniture style vanity. Upstairs has a small loft area , two bedrooms and one bathroom. first bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has four twin beds. Upstairs bathroom has a tub with tile walls and a furniture style vanity. Downtown Bay St Louis restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance .4 miles away. ****Max occupancy 8 (adults and children)strictly enforced***** Each unit comes with 2 parking spots on site. The property is in the perfect location! The hosts are very responsive! We rented the property for 24 days! The view is fabulous! My husband is a serious cook, so we did bring our own kitchen supplies. The home is very comfortable. Our son-in-law was sold on the mattress. Pillows…may want to bring your own if extended stay! Overall….it was a very enjoyable experience! To the owners….thanks for sharing!!!

The pictures are very accurate. You are just outside all the hustle in old town BSL, but close enough to enjoy it. Having the beach right across from us was a must with younger children.

This house and location exceeded our expectations! If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will for sure rent this home again! It had everything we needed, and was very clean. The beach across the street was amazing and the restaurants within walking distance were great!

Rented two units for family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the location and ability to walk to Old Town for some meals. The kids loved the popsicle shop. This was our second year renting and we plan on going again next year.

Everything about our stay at Captain Quarters was great! The Garcias are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and nice. The layout and room set up was perfect for our group. The kids loved the room upstairs, it is big and spacious. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach and only a couple minutes to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

Bay St Louis is an adorable, quiet beach town. This house is directly across from the beach/golf. It is within walking distance of a Pier. It is right down the road from restaurants, bars, shops. House was clean and adorable! We rented a golf cart and scooted all over town. Loved our stay!!

This location was the perfect place for our group--70 year-old mother, a teenager, young kids, and adults. Everyone was comfortable and the house was so clean and inviting when we arrived. We loved the ease of walking straight out to the beach--whenever someone was ready to leave the beach, it was an easy walk across the street. We were so happy with our stay here!

We were very happy with this rental. Exceptionally clean and easily accessible. Sits right across from the beach. It did lack in some of the essentials. We stayed for 8 nights and there were 2 dishwasher pods, no laundry detergent, limited paper products. If we stay again we will come more prepared.

It was a easy process for renting and checking in. Captain’s Quarters is across from the beach and pier. My husband, son, and his friend enjoyed a couple of days of fishing between playing baseball. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Try Cuz’s and Uncle Joe’s. Cuz’s has the best swamp fries.

Our group, now all retirees, have traveled together for 20 years. The location with a view of the gulf was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Loved the open concept kitchen and sitting area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was immaculate and had all the amenities you could need. The house is just across from the beach, a short drive to a a great downtown and easy access to larger towns like Gulfport. The owners were fantastic and very easy to work with.

We rented this house because it looked beautiful, had a nice front porch with a view of the ocean, and offered a nice peaceful place to relax for the week. Unfortunately, it was anything but peaceful. The house and view were as described, but right next door they are building a new house and construction was taking place from 8:00 to 6:00, Monday through Friday. So, 5 out of our 6 full days were filled with constant hammering, nail gunning, sawing, and banging all less than 10 feet next door. At one point, the construction workers used an outlet on our house for their air compressor and tripped our circuit breaker leaving us without power for a short time. I can understand that some things can be out of an owner's hands, but HE owns the property that is being built as well. We feel he should have disclosed the ongoing construction in his listing, we would have picked a different place if we would have been provided that information. When we messaged the owner about the constant noise he stated "I'm sorry that the property next-door has bothered y'all during the day they've been nice enough to only work from 8-5, they've also not worked on weekends." He then offered a discount on a future visit, and later offered for us to stay a couple additional days at the end of the current trip. We told him that we appreciate those offers, but with limited vacation times, work and school schedules we were unable to utilize those offers of compensation and asked if he would be willing to compensate us with some sort of partial refund, he said no. If he was willing to discount a future trip or offer multiple days, then why not just discount this current trip and refund some of the rental fees we already paid? We are pretty easy going and let a lot of things slide off our backs, but when you pay over two thousand five hundred for a beach house with a nice front porch only to find out that having a nice peaceful breakfast/lunch on that porch, or that sleeping in on your vacation is impossible due to the constant noise it's hard not to be frustrated and disappointed. The house was nice but the constant construction noise, the failure of the owner to disclose the construction that he knew would be happening, and the lack of adequate compensation left us unhappy with this rental. We can't recommend renting from this owner.

Accommodations were nice….within walking* distance of everything. Right across the street from the beach. Beautiful city with cute restaurants and shops. No beach chairs or beach towels. Not enough toilet paper.or hangers for closets.
