Open living room and kitchen floor plan with wood shiplap walls. First floor consist of the living, kitchen, dining, utility room, half bath and master bedroom/bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Master bathroom has a large tile shower and custom furniture style vanity. Upstairs has a small loft area , two bedrooms and one bathroom. first bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has four twin beds. Upstairs bathroom has a tub with tile walls and a furniture style vanity. Was in town for a family event. House is very clean, well stocked for our needs. Right off the beach, at the pier. Great place. One small design error is that the people staying in the other place will be walking in front of your open patio. Not a huge deal, but got annoying.

This waa a Girls trip consisting of 8 girls, GREAT LOCATION, Loved watching the Sunrise in the morning, and the Bridge lit up nightly. It was very spacious and well equipped with supplies

Place is new, very clean, and well-decorated. Location is great, very close walking distance to a beach across the street. We loved the views and the porch. The beds were VERY firm (5/6 of us woke up with back pain). Pillows were low quality. Check out tasks were significant (empty all trash to cans outside behind building, clean out refrigerator, wash dishes, load and start dishwasher, etc). I felt this was excessive given the very strict check out time (10am) citing need for a full 6 hours for cleaning crew. Check out was very inflexible. An unfortunate end to an overall great stay.

The location can't be beat for this new rental. It was very comfortable for our family, and we loved being across the street from the pier and beach and within walking distance of town.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Very well-made very well, decorated and very clean. We were extremely pleased with this VRBO except as we ventured in a little we feel that they don’t have a lot of experience in renting with VRBO and when you have four kids and four adults you need more than one roll of paper towels, and more toilet paper than they have allowed, we had to wash the towels every other day because there wasn’t enough could use more hand towels and bath towels. The owner was very receptive but it was cut and dry. This is how it is and he wasn’t going to help us out a little bit although he did bring us a dish towel, because there were none , the kitchen was extremely short on supplies now I don’t expect a full fledge kitchen, but there weren’t even enough mixing bowls, to cut cut up watermelon and cantaloupe. There were two bowls only so if you made egg salad, you couldn’t cut up watermelon so I think the owner needs to just put a little bit more into the unit we go out for dinner most nights but we wanted to boil spaghetti the first night and there wasn’t a tall, spaghetti pot, but other than that everything was fabulous. Oh, the pillows need to be changed to thicker nicer pillows. I’m only seeing it from my end I have a bad neck thank God I brought my own pillow . But thank you for your hospitality and we left it in supreme condition and we left by 9 AM so there was enough time. We followed all rules and respect for the owner.

Did not think we would enjoy bay st Louis as much as we did. Accommodations were excellent. Will definitely come back for nice simple weekends . The only problem with the condo was the bed in one of the rooms was really uncomfortable.The twin beds were extremely comfortable. Coffee pot needs replacing or it might just be the glass holder is not the proper size -it kept holding water in the reservoir which would spill over. I will still stay here again -great location and very clean

Clean, clean, clean!! Home was exactly as advertised. Beds were not comfortable would be the ONLY reason we would not return. But everything else was perfect.

The property is pristine and within a short walk of downtown. The view is beautiful. Plenty of space, easy parking, great location for both the beach and entertainment. Just far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet too. Highly recommend this get away. We will definitely book again.
