Located in Las Cruces, this lovely house for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay. Three bedroom, two bath, two car garage located in the Mall Hill Estates in the heart of Las Cruces. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Mesilla Valley Mall. The property features an in-ground pool, open concept layout, double-sided gas fireplace, central air-conditioner and heating, new tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The grounds have a tropical theme featuring; several palm trees, a vegetable garden, a composite deck, gas BBQ grill and outside dining table for six. There is also a shaded pergola with seating for six overlooking the pool. The backyard is truly a private oasis, featuring mountain and sunset views. Two sun loungers next to the sparkling pool, and underneath the palm trees finish out the perfect backyard. This house has been completely remodeled and updated inside and out. All bedrooms plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers. One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with walk in closet, and bedroom three features one trundle bed with two singles. This property comfortably sleeps six people. The property includes WiFi and Dish TV as well as an attached two car garage with access code. The open living area features a 55 inch flat screen TV DVD home entertainment system, new leather sofa, and two reclining chairs. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly an oasis in the desert. There are security cameras on the outdoor premises for the safety of our guests.

This property is perfect, a joy to stay at, and extremely quiet in a great neighborhood. The kitchen is fully appointed, better than our own at home, and the house has everything you possibly could need. The whole property is immaculate and brilliantly stylized. The master bed, and bedroom, are also very fine. The backyard pool area is immaculate and the pergola provides terrific protection from the hot sun, yet a wonderful place to sit and read in the sunny, warm, dry, southwestern weather. Any questions or needs were immediately addressed by the owner. It is worth mentioning that the location is excellent. You can walk to Walgreens, stores, and restaurants, and the mall is nearby. At the same time, the Organ Mountains and Dripping Springs Natural Area are only 19 minutes away. In short, this is a great place and brilliantly maintained.

Visiting family for Thanksgiving and this house made our stay nice and easy. A great location, close to anything needed. The backyard was better than the pictures and gave the kids a good place to hangout, play and even swim (in November!). We're already booked for our next family trip to LC.

We had family coming from all over the country for our daughter's wedding. As a gift, we rented three large homes to accommodate aunts, uncles, cousins, and kids. This house was great, and folks used many of the amenities to relax, hang out, and play. One of the best stays ever.

This is a very well put together rental property. Furnished with thought and care with everything you could need during a long term stay. We were very comfortable for our 6.5 week stay.
Outside area is also wonderfully landscaped.
Location is extremely convenient both for general day to day needs and exploring the area.

We love this house! It is super clean, bright and has all the amenities we could hope for. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants etc. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here while in town for business at NMSU, so spent very little time at the house. Although we didn’t cook at all, the kitchen was amazingly stocked!! Everything is labeled and it seemed there was any appliance or kitchen tool one could ever need. There was also plenty of dishwasher pods, dish soap, K-cups, creamer, etc… they even had ziplock bags! Definitely not the bare bones, “one day supply” you see in many other vacation rentals. The property manager was what impressed us most! When I mentioned the pool being low on water and having some debris they came right away to resolve the issue. Their communication was great and I couldn’t believe how much they cared about us having a good stay! The check in and out were so simple, beds were clean and comfortable, customer service was great, and place is well appointed (especially kitchen).

This was the perfect place for a family gathering, except for the glass top dining table! The kitchen was set up to cook and entertain and had everything you’d need. We had a great time at this property, it was set up so nicely look for everyone.

This home is a gem. Super clean, great location near restaurants and shopping, quiet neighborhood. The hosts are readily available should you have questions. The pool is a bonus! Definitely will stay here again.
