Situated in Nashville, this attractive house for $278 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy Nashville in this creative, fun space! Not your cookie-cutter vacation rental, this home was designed for our family to enjoy when we're in Nashville and we think you will, too. Located less than 7 miles from the entertainment district, we have ample off-street parking. You'll have plenty of space with two living areas, a glassed-in front porch, and a deck. Enjoy sing-a-longs around the piano or jam on the house guitars and ukulele. Ideal for musicians, families, and business travelers alike. The main level of the house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath mid-century ranch. There's a master bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite bath, a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom can function as an office with a workspace and also has a twin daybed and twin trundle. The lower level features a huge primary suite with a wet bar/kitchenette, a fireplace and a 3rd full bathroom. The media room is also on the lower level and has a 50' HDTV with Roku and a table for games or puzzles. There's a twin daybed with a trundle in the media room that will sleep two people. The combined living area is 2800 square feet. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a rolling island. The adjacent deck is comfortably furnished and there's a gas BBQ grill. Please note: Enjoy high-speed internet and Roku on all TVs; however, we don't offer cable TV service. *** Seven Oaks Disc Golf Course is less than 2 miles from the house. The place was very clean and homey. It had to s of room and was very charming. The neighborhood was quiet and had little to no through traffic. I've lived here for about twenty years and getting anywhere you may want to go was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked well. It was just the right spot to enjoy a weekend in Nashville.

Overall fantastic. Couch and chair in livingroom a little to soft and deep. Wished TV in livingroom was bigger. Bed downstairs was not comfortable. Master bedroom bathtop had jet tub, but leaked. Never did get fixed whole time we were there. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely use again

We had a great time at Musicians Haven. But was just what we needed. Nice location and quiet. Nice well equipped kitchen which was great because we cooked many meals together there. Our only feedback is that we could have used a good peeler for carrots and potatoes. The one provided was pretty bad đ Also better lighting all around, especially in the kitchen and living room would make the place way more inviting.

We arrived in the early AM hours due to a late arrival in Nashville. Entry was well lit and easy. Although in for business it was family staying together and lots of room. The house was very clean and that is the number one item on my list right there with our safety and we had both. Charming neighborhood with well kept properties. Just enough distance to downtown that a Lyft worked well for. The people of Nashville were super friendly which adds to the overall vibe. Our hosts were very timely with communication when needed. We would definitely stay here again should we come back and need to rent a house. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Beautiful property, quiet and pleasant inside and out. The upper level was very clean. The lower level wasnât as clean, unfortunately.
Close to the airport, downtown and Opryland. We Ubered everywhere with a pretty low fare.
We cooked there several nights and had what was needed. The only issue was the barbecue grill. The propane bottle was empty; fortunately a neighbor next door loaned us one. The grill also caught fire. It was dirty on the underside of the grates, and a fire started inside the grill, burning off what was in the grates. Once that happened, the fire stopped and we were able to finish grilling our steaks.
My son really enjoyed playing the piano and other instruments.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again when in the area.

This place had more than enough beds to sleep all nine of us. The basement provided lots of room for kids to run around and let the adults relax. The owner was sure to make sure any rules were clear and gave lots of information about the area.

The living room furniture was so worn out and uncomfortable it was ridiculous. The bathroom toilet in the first floor bathroom is so short you almost fall to floor. The hall bathroom was leaking water into downstairs bathrrom overtime someone took a shower. The downstairs area is so cold you could hardly stand to be down there. On the up side, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils and we enjoyed the piano and guitars that were there. Everytime we went on back deck the next door dog barked the whole time. So overall I would say if you are going to Nashville and plan on cooking alot this house may work. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay however the house was dirty. Very dusty, floors needed to be washed, dead bugs all over the place. Neighborhood was ok. Would stay again if it were cleaner.

This house was a fantastic place for my family to stay in during our visit to Nashville. It was even child friendly for a 2 year old. Great location. Close to the airport, downtown, and good restaurants. Clean and comfortable. No complaints.

- Dogs barking at neighbors kept us up at night.
- Basement king mattress was horrendous - we actually moved it off the bed and put the day bed & trundle mattresses on instead so we could at least sleep. Upstairs king was only slightly better.
- Upstairs living room furniture frames are broken.
- Grill didn't work
- Several surfaces and the ceiling fans were layered with dust.

Location of property was perfect...just a short drive, or Uber, to all of the attractions. Kitchen was well stocked and house was the perfect size for our group of 3 couples. Also appreciated the suggestions of where to eat (Guacamaya's....best margaritas đšever, and Hattie B's for spicy chicken). Great communication with the host and would recommend this property.

So nice to have the space. House was clean. It was perfect for us and only few minutes to everything we wanted to enjoy. Enjoyed having the piano and guitars there. When the power went out we still laughed and had good time. And stayed in touch with updates from management until it came back on. Would only recommend a few more candles in the house. It was quiet and comfortable. The drip in basement ceiling was only negative and it did not present a problem for us.

Great Nashville location
Our family truly enjoyed our time at this lovely house. We had an issue that was addressed in a very timely and courteous manner. Very central location for seeing the Nashville sites. Loved the spacious area downstairs...only issue was the king bed downstairs.. it had a foam topper that was not very comfortable for sleeping. Other than that..we enjoyed our stay very much.
