Features 9' ceilings, extra spacious living area with 3 full-sized sofas and 2 tub chairs, large kitchen, huge master bedroom. Over sized balcony w/ seating for 7 overlooking the beach, boardwalk, and ocean. This makes for a relaxed easy going life style. Luxury features galore! The gourmet kitchen offers Quartz counters, stainless upgraded appliances include large refrigerator w/filtered water/ice on the door, full sized flat-top stove with air fry over and convection. New microwave rounds out the fully equipped kitchen. Countertop appliances include: Keurig and drip coffee makers, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster, toaster over, and cutlery. Pool is located up one floor. Slider doors to the balcony with electric storm shutters that can be lowered to reduce light and sound. Small luxury building with only 12 large condo's in the building. No lines for the elevator! Bedroom Features: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all. Plenty of room for King Bedroom set, 50' smart UHDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, carpeted area with love seat that folds out to a single bed. Slider door that provides direct access to the balcony. The master bath features jetted tub for 2 and separate shower. Hair dryer is provided. Second Master has Queen bed and attached bath. This bath opens to the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has double-bed bunk, so 2 full sized mattresses with a single trundle bed underneath. This offers room for 5 to sleep. It has a large private bath with over-sized shower. All beds have new comfortable mattresses, offering a great nights sleep. Ceiling fans in each room help keep you cool as you sleep. This Condo sells out every summer! Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in older smaller condos. Other features include the utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. The balcony is twice the size of most OC condos in that it spans both the living room and the master bedroom. It has 5 large chairs and 2 chase lounge chairs to people and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter you get the feeling of being able to spread out. You are just 15 feet from the boardwalk, so wonderful for people-watching! Linens are not provided but are offered as an option for an additional fee. We loved this place! The condo was right on the boardwalk with superb view of the ocean. All rooms were very spacious and so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. Very helpful to have luggage trolley and elevator even though we were on the second floor. Plenty of parking with three dedicated spaces. Owners were extremely responsive. Wonderful stay all around!

The one big problem with this unit which would prevent me from staying here again is that there are 2 stores directly underneath that play very loud music too late at night which affected our sleep each night. For the master bedroom there is no avoiding the constant bass vibrating underneath. There is a noise ordinance till midnight but one of the stores had the music on till 1:30 am.
I understand that this may not be in direct control of the unit owners/property managers and they were sympathetic when I called but I would suggest attempting to create a working relationship with these stores to possibly talk to them about turning the music down a couple notches in the evening and at the very least adhering to the midnight noise ordinance.
Aside for that, the unit itself was very nice, spacious and a great location on the boardwalk.

This beachfront condo is great! My family and I enjoyed all the space and amenities that came with this place. We loved that all the rooms had smart TV's. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy on the beach. If you are looking for a great family location on the board walk with a beautiful view, THIS IS IT ! We will definitely be back!

Great location and overall had great communication!! Full kitchen which was perfect for our stay with family and friends. Located right on the boardwalk and had front row seats to the air show!

We have stayed in Ocean Mist the last 2 years and never had any issues. However, this year we had several maintenance issues.
Freezer was totally out of order. We lost a lot of food that we brought with us overnight the first night. Did not stay cold at all and water leaked constantly on the floor, which is very dangerous.
Garbage disposal leaked under the kitchen sink
Black mold in the bathrooms, this was not good for guests we had respiratory issues.
Wall outlets on the north wall were not in working order.

A group of childhood friends got together to spend a weekend on ocean city. Our concert plans were canceled, due to a hurricane. but we had the best time enjoying the condo. Its spacious, clean, and the views are breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable! The condo is modern and up to date, which is hard to find in Ocean City. We look forward to staying at this condo again!

Great location, beautiful condo
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved that we could walk down to the boardwalk at any point in time to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, late night snacks, or shop. The location is excellent because it’s not on the extremely busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to be able to walk to the rides. We loved being able to jump in the pool after coming off of the beach. The condo was very spacious compared to others we stayed in. It was very clean. The owners were very responsive and provided excellent details about what to expect prior to checking in.
My ONLY negative comment I have is to MAKE SURE you do not mistakenly take the provided parking pass home with you and then throw it out when you realize it. One of the members of our party learned this the hard way and had to pay a fee that wasn’t cheap. If they didn’t get rid of the pass then it could have been mailed back. Just a heads up to anyone in the future if that happens…let the owners know and mail it back!!! Not the owners fault, just putting this out there that they will gladly accept it back in the mail if you mistakenly take one.

We enjoyed out stay. Right on 6th street, so it's a prime location for people watching & giving the teenagers some freedom while still being close. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were very quick to respond & help.
The condo is right above the shops below, so expect noise and thumping music until they close. The balcony is amazing but the flags from the business below are in sight of the ocean. Not a huge deal but when you're paying this much, you start to nitpick. There are extra pillows and blankets to use but make sure you bring extra pillow cases (not enough included in the linen package) and extra sheets for pull out sofas. The blankets available for use in the closet need a good washing. The unit was clean but we did have to rewash several things in the kitchen. Make sure to read the fine print - it says there *may* be trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towls, etc. So basically you need to bring your own. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

This condo couldn't be any nicer. Plenty of room! Loved the location. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the kites flying at the Kite Loft.
One of the shop keepers below us played music every day from 10 am to 10pm which was annoying sitting out on the balcony, but I emailed the condo owner who said he would take it up with the building manager. Hopefully, they can resolve it.
