This is why we bought this home (and for the view)! * Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand buckets/toys included *NO obstructed view. See ocean from balcony, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom *Both bathrooms remodeled *Electronic key pad entry, no check-in, Drive right to unit with your personal entry code. *Commercial outdoor dining set on balcony- beautiful view. *5 floors above professional, artist created, 5th floor roof-top mini golf course *2 Outdoor pools, indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, water slide, submarine water park with preschool pool, mushroom preschool pool, lazy river under cover (no sunburn), tables with umbrellas – we love to eat picnic lunches there. *On-site arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, floor size chess/ checkers *On-site eats and drinks! River City Cafe and Starbucks are my favorite!! *Summer time Italian Ice stand *4 miles to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center *4 miles to the Myrtle Beach Sports Center (my son plays AAU basketball here) *The Ripken Experience baseball complex only 6 miles away! *Truly, this is an all-inclusive resort vacation! *2 miles from all the shows at Grande Ole Opry, 3 miles from Tanger outlets, 5 miles from Barefoot Landing, 7 miles from Broadway at the Beach! Great location. *North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex 13 miles away! Easy drive on Hwy 31. We play soccer tournaments here.

Property was clean and oerfectly located for beach/pool/restaurant activities. Definitely will rebook is Shelly allows us. Enjoyed everything about our vacation in Myrtle Beach and this rental helped make it the perfect vacation we wanted it to be.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay in MB. Plenty of towels, and wash clothes. Beds were comfy. The boogie boards, toys, chairs and umbrellas were a HUGE added bonus for us. The fact we didn’t have to pack ours made it much easier. I was worried it would be noisy at night for my kids, but the condo is on the corner and we had no noise complaint the entire time. Shelly was fantastic. We didn’t need anything extra while we were there, but I knew she was available if something came up. Thank you for a great place, Shelly. We will be back!

We had an amazing time, the property was fantastic and with all the communication it was easy to navigate. If you want a property with all the perks of what the resort has to offer but without someone (staff) constantly invading your space, this is it!

Shelly was wonderful to work with! She was very prompt when i messaged her with a question. The condo was very clean and well maintained, there was plenty of room for myself, daughter and grandchildren. The view was magnificent and the kids really enjoyed the beach and the toys provided. We would definitely come bsck again! Thank you Shelly!

All of the positive * ratings apply to the condo & owner. The condo, itself, was great. If it were located in another property we would definitely rent again. Unfortunately, the resort property was in dire need of a refresh, at minimum. Most of the staff we came in contact with were rude with attitudes and not what you expect in a resort environment. The primary pool was good. Part of the time the kiddie pool with mushroom fountains was too but other times the water was too cold to enjoy. Same goes for the submarine pool. It was freezing the entire time. Lazy River was filthy. Extremely disappointed with the resort property overall.

Very nice, well maintained property. Just as shown and cleanest place we have rented. Shelley was very quick to reply to a minor issue. Our grandkids loved the pool areas and slide.

We had a great stay at this place. The listing and pictures are accurate. The beds were comfy and we had space for everyone from grandparents to kids. Couple of things.. the door to the master bath would not lock. After we got there at ten, we had to put the bed sheets And pillow covers on all. Not a show stopper, but not something I would want to do after a long drive. It would have been easier if they were already taken care of. Parking spots are tight, and the blue water slide dinged all of the families elbows that e we did not return back to do it again. It is at a crowded location on Myrtle. Everything we needed for the beach was in the house which was a huge plus. We will def plan to return again

My family and I stayed at this property. Overall the condo and property is good. The beach is not too busy throughout the day. You do have to drive to the attractions around, such as the boardwalk and shops. But my family had lots of fun and we enjoyed our stay, Shelly was great and answered any questions or concerns we had!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is in a great location that is close to many shops and restaurants. The resort grounds and pools were well maintained. Our condo was immaculately clean and well equipped. Check in was keyless and simple. We also appreciated the parking on the same level as the unit. It made loading/ unloading the car a breeze. Shelly was great and checked in with us. We highly recommend this unit!

Location is absolutely perfect! Property was great. Just as listed. We got in late on check in day and we’re not prepared to have to make all 4 beds. Not the end of the world but thinking if they put the sheets on then had us take them off at the end of our stay to know what’s dirty. The view is absolutely PERFECT!

My family (2 young kids, husband, grandma, and myself) were so comfortable in this beautiful condo on the beach. The unit has everything you would need--including black-out curtains! The beds were comfortable, the king bedroom's shower felt amazing, and the ocean views of this corner unit were stunning. It was an easy elevator ride down to all the pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and beach. Our host was so responsive and went above-and-beyond. We expect to return!

This place was BEYOND amazing for my family of 4 girls. We enjoyed the views from the balcony each morning. The resort had so many amenities with the pools being heated making the kids so happy!! Shelly was a fantastic host, checking in to make sure all was going well! Having everything clear and laid out to make the stay that make easier! Cannot wait to come back to those views ! Excellent property for families with kids! Our kids couldn't get enough of the pools and beach! Beautiful views from the condo porch and windows. We used the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand castle toys in the condo closet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was excellent. We are pretty picky and we were very satisfied with this Myrtle Beach rental!

Though quite pricey for the size (could be a covid thing) we had an excellent time staying here. The condo is very well stocked (even a rice cooker!!). Shelley was so accessible from the date of booking to when we were there. This was my first VRBO experience. I hope they’re all this easy!
