About this house rental
Located in Herradura, this lovely house for $900 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful home with beautiful view located in the gated resort of los suenos. This four bedroom four & one half bath home includes its own private infinity pool with swim up bar and outdoor kitchen. From numerous rooms in the home you have an unobstructed view of the pacific ocean and the rain forest. View monkeys, toucans, and mccalls while dining on the veranda. The decor of the home is spanish style that has a lot of exposed wood and painted tile. The main floor of the home has numerous french doors that allow you to not only experience the fantastic view but can be opened in early morning or evenings to enjoy the pacific breeze. The two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds each have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony and plenty of windows that provides stunning views of the rain forest and pacific ocean. The other two bedrooms are accessed through the courtyard. This provides privacy for your guests with easy access to the main house. Each has its own private bath. One of the courtyard bedrooms has two full beds, the other has one full bed, with microwave, mini fridge, and sink. The home has a maid that works five days a week to assist you during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils required to prepare the meals you desire. Enjoy the privacy of your own pool and outdoor space and experience all the amenities that los suenos has to offer. Los suenos has a spectacular golf course, fishing marina, casino, beach club, and several restaurants. Tours to various local attractions can be arranged in los suenos. A grocery store is located less than a mile from the house and the town of jaco is only 3 miles away. In jaco there are good restaurants, shopping, surfing, and several night clubs. Los suenos resort is about an hour and a half drive from the city of san jose and the cost to hire a driver to transport you to the resort is approximately $100.00. Once at the resort you can rent a golf cart that provides an effective means of transportation inside the resort and to the grocery store. Numerous taxis are available in the resort to transport you into jaco or other tourist destinations and the cost is very reasonable. Really nice traditional Costa Rican home. The home is on the side of a tropical mountain with views of the bay and pacific and plenty of wildlife all around. A car or a golf cart is highly recommended, steep hills, but great exercise.

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful Mediterranean/Spanish style home. The master and 2nd bedroom are upstairs with their own bathrooms. Master bath/bedroom was super spacious, as all the rooms were and very clean. The other 2 bedrooms are in the courtyard with each having their own entrance & bathroom. It was the perfect set up for our adult children and their spouses. Home had everything we needed (even pool towels) for our family and is nestled in one of the private communities in Los Suenos. Thank you for hosting us, we truly enjoyed your beautiful home and its spectacular view. The staff, Dennis & Priscilla were amazing, helpful and beautiful souls. I would definitely stay here again!

Our group stayed from May 4-May 8. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip. The house keeper and care taker, Priscilla and Dennis were absolutely fantastic! The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently located. The house is in need of some renovations and upgrades but did not make the house unlivable or bad. If the owners would spend some money on the house, it would be a 5 star place. It is a good house with a good staff but needs a little updating.

Casa del Sol was exactly as described. Beautiful views, incredible pool, and a very nice and comfortable home in a super safe Los Suenos neighbor. Dennis, the property manager, was there upon arrival and walked us through the house. We could not have had a better spot for our long weekend trip.

It was our first time to Costa Rica and we are so glad we stayed here. It made the experience amazing! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured, if not better. The views and peaceful surroundings made us constantly question if we were in reality or living in a desktop computer background :p Dennis was waiting for us upon arrival, and from the moment we met him to the moment we said our goodbyes, we couldn’t be more blown away by his and his wife’s hospitality. Priscilla would sneakily clean all of our rooms spotless, take our dirty clothes and wash everything for us daily, AND makes the most delicious guacamole you will ever taste. Dennis was our go to golden hand for literally everything and anything, while telling us fascinating life stories as a bonus. These are two genuine, wonderful, helpful humans anyone would be lucky to have on any vacation anywhere, but having them here just made it perfect! Dennis helped us coax out the monkeys with bananas so we were able to feed them from basically the driveway, which was the coolest experience! As a tip, do not use anyone else to help you with activities or bookings- Dennis will take care of everything for you with a smile and for nothing in return! Debbs, the owner, will send you a helpful welcome package before your stay so make sure you get that early on and use it to plan your trip. You will have everything you need and more while you enjoy your R&R at this house! Oh and the golf carts are an added fun way to get around this resort. Highly recommend staying at this house and the hospitality that comes with it!

Absolutely beautiful!!
We, a group of 7 friends, just returned home from Casa Vista Hermosa in Los Suenos Resort. The home was absolutely lovely and was exactly as described online. There was plenty of room for our group and we so enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful place. We were visited by macaws, toucans, monkeys, lizards and a host of other birds. The pool was lovely and provided a stunning view of the bay. Both the owners and staff (Dennis and Priscilla) met our every need and answered all our questions, making for a wonderful vacation. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and we felt at home the entire week. Thanks to everyone!

Your welcome packet and advice about van service and electric cars was very helpful. We had a wonderful visit to Costa Rica and would love to return! I would recommend this rental property to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun vacation!

Truly Amazing
Just got back from our first visit to Costa Rica and thanks to this property, the owners and the staff, we can't wait to go back again. It is truly spectacular. We had very high expectations before we got there and were blown away once we arrived. You just can't do this property justice with words. A little piece of Heaven.

Spectacular Property
Better than advertised, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Costa Rica. We traveled there in mid February to relax and do some deep sea fishing. Amazing home with spectacular views. The property is located in the gated community of Los Suenos which is just a short cab ride to Jaco. The owners are very helpful and easy to work with they make sure everything is taken care of for you. Priscilla the housekeeper was wonderful, she made sure the house was very clean and in good shape. We are looking at bringing our kids down next winter and may stay here again. Paradise A Taste of Heaven
Words don't adequately describe this home. The photos don't do it justice. The views will take your breath away. It is so lush and quiet inside Los Suenos. There was a sloth in our tree we watched him as we enjoyed coffee on the master suite balcony. This home is beautiful inside and out, very clean! The housekeeper/cook and her husband the gardener/concierge feed us, cleaned up after us plus helped us plan some terrific adventures. My family loves surfing Pepe recommended the perfect surf spot. The zip lining was also lots of fun. We fell in love with this home, the staff and Costa Rica. We will be returning soon. We highly recommend this property. It's the perfect getaway if you want to relax and enjoy some magnificent views, gorgeous birds and interesting wildlife. While in the pool we saw 4 Macaws fly overhead. The perfect prescription to reducing stress, a stay in Vista Casa Heramosa. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom plus there is also a half bath. The furniture, decor, dishes, towels everything is superb. We all slept very well. This is one amazing home! The towel animals are a nice touch and who doesn't love fresh flowers. Debbs and Wendy you thought of everything! Thank you for making your home available for others to rent and enjoy. A great time was had by all of us, we hope to return real soon. This property is of excellent quality. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The property is very well maintained and extremely clean. There is a grounds keeper , who speaks English, there daily Monday through Friday,from 8 to 4 as well as a house keeper who takes care of cleaning, laundry and any other requirements you may have. The town of Jaco is close by with many restaurants and shopping. There is also a beach club you have access to with the rental of this property. You are in a gated community with a guard on duty 24 hours a day. There is deep sea fishing, waterfall, zip lining, white water rafting,bungee jumping, surfing, beaches close by. I found the owner to be very friendly and helpful in answering the many questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who would like a relaxing get away.
