Enjoy a spacious quiet lot nestled amongst old shade trees and a large sunny lawn. Catch the sunrise over Frasier Island peaking through the trees. The expansive waterfront shoreline is just waiting for fun and memories to happen. This home provides a dock and large sun deck and swim platform to wade your feet into the water. There is a large canoe and multiple kayaks and life jackets of all sizes It is handy to Dukes Creek Marina for boat rental and service, to head to bars and restaurants on the lake. The dock is surrounded by quiet deep water, perfect for that guest who likes to throw a fishing line. The interior of the home boasts 4 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a spectacular view of the Lake, and a private full bath. The guest room has a queen sized bed. The comfy living room also has a direct water view of the lake and opens to a kitchen and dining area that are well stocked for entertaining. Come out and play. It encompasses 250 miles of shoreline and 13,000 acres of water. The lake is 17 miles long and surrounded by farms and forest. Lake Anna has 2 sections, the main or public lake and the private side. The public section consists of 9,600 acres and where you will find marinas, restaurants and commercial business. The private side is divided by 3 rock dikes and consists of 3,400 acres and there is no public access unless you own property on that section. That means there are no public boat ramps or marinas, only homes adorn the shoreline. We could not have hope for a better experience. The photos are accurate but don't fully capture the charm of this cozy home. You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked as was the linen closet. Kayaks are conveniently kept down by the water and other water toys are stored in the garage. There was plenty of space for my family of six with room to spare. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway I would recommend staying here. The location can't be beat. You're right on the water which we took full advantage of. We will definitely be coming back!

Love this place. First one we’ve ever booked twice. Swimming is fantastic - super warm and clean. Fishing was great this year - lots of sun fish, 8 catfish, and one 19” large mouth bass! Thanks for the stay!

As our group included unvacinated children we wanted a place for relaxing and playing without interacting with others. The Sunspot suited us well-a short walk to the dock, kayak, canoe, lifejackets, and multiple flotation devices supplied. And in case of a rainy day a good array of books, games, and videos were there as well. The selection of kitchen basics was extraordinary. It is a great place for a family with children who love to swim, dive, and fish.
