The washer and dryer are located at the side entry door for the convenience of dropping of swimsuits and beach gear. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. The dining room table seats 6 and the bar has stools for additional seating. The second floor features a bedroom on each side of the house. There is a guest ensuite with a king-size and a set of twin bunks. This floor also has a king ensuite that has a twin bed as well and each is equipped with TVs and ample closet space. The third floor features the fourth bedroom with a twin bed and a set of full bunks. This room is also ensuite and perfect for the kids to have space away from the adults. There is also a cozy sitting room on this floor that has a loveseat and a wet bar and opens to the large veranda to take in the beautiful sunsets as you enjoy dinner and drinks. Our Labor Day weekend at this beach home was an absolute delight! One of the best parts was its convenient walking proximity to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, allowing us to explore these charming coastal towns with ease. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating our group of friends and family. The only downside we encountered was the crowded beach access. Albeit it was Labor Day weekend, we stayed at a property with access to Gulf Lakes the same time the year prior and it was much less crowded. I also think it would have been helpful if the property management had provided the link to the beach chair/umbrella/bonfire co at the time of booking as opposed to just before our trip. By the time we logged in to book, the front row beach chairs and bonfire permits were all booked for day 2 and 3 of our trip. The last thing I’ll mention is the 3rd level tended to get warm and the thermostat was not intuitive making it difficult for us to determine whether we were setting it properly. Overall, this was a fantastic weekend getaway that left us with cherished memories and a desire to return.

We stayed in a 30A property in Rosemary Beach. Although the location was great, the beach house was not maintained/cleaned properly prior to our arrival even though the property itself was extremely costly. The floors were filthy and there were cockroaches and ants (that had gotten into our food). When we told the management company, and they could care less about our experience.

The location to the beach and the pool were amazing. The property was just as pictured. One thing we were very disappointed in was the availability of the pool. It was closed more than it was open while we were there. Kids pooped and threw up in the pool tending it closed anywhere from 5 hours to the entire day. Since the pool and the location to it where one of the big selling points, the pool closures were very disappointing!

The house was nice. Location was very good. The kitchen had cockroaches and ants on the counter and in the utensil drawers. The trash had not been taken to the street after the previous renters and was overflowing in the trash bins at the side of the house when we checked in. The neighbor had broken chairs and tables laying around their back yard. We expected more, especially based on the high nightly rate, over 700.

My husband and I took our teenage kids and their friends here for spring break and had a great time! All four bedrooms were great, each having their own balcony and/or porch to sit on. Location is perfect. The property is close the beach, pool, dining and shopping. We would definitely come again!

We are truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. We loved the area and convenience to Rosemary, Alys and Destin. We will definitely be doing the beach thanksgiving again. The only complaint I have about the house is that it needs a little updating, like the appliances and some of the furniture. All in all it was a great time got everyone!
