Anne was an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay, her generosity and communication made a big difference. The home was welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway. We truly appreciated her flexibility and hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

My wife and i rented this place for a week. It was perfect for us. Right on the bay, only a few minute drive to everything OC. Owner seemed cool, our guest contact was cool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended this condo if want to be away from from things to relax, but yet still close to everything.

Annie was very accessible. Property clean and easily accommodated family of 5. Sleeping nooks in wall were a nice touch. My kids loved. Crabbing off the back pier was fun and great location ti beach and grocery store.

The location and oceanside portion was great. However the bed needs to be upgraded because it is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It also loudly creaks every time you turn over. It caused us both to have back problems all we weekend. We were also told that we could park our boat trailer in the parking lot but found out that that is strictly prohibited in the subdivision when we got there so we had to pay $45 to park it 20mins away in a storage facility. terrisleep.
